Our batch '89-'90 (The Voice) had a grand reunion in July 2006. Had it planned a year ahead, pretty much like what you have mention above. There were some pretty rocky road about the plannings. But in the end, everyone came up to a unanimous plan and ended up having a great time.
Downside? I wasn't there but I'm hoping I can attend in the next one.

yes I do, my best place is at the beach.
I remember one night just once. The DI's of JJ's in 1998-99, just went to SVD beach in dumaluan after work. We had a bonfire, music, food and drinks. We practiced more variations of ballroom dancing like rumba, just bare feet in the sand. When we got tired, we just sat around the fire, talked and really bonded well. Little that we know the sun was already rising. We went home 8 in the morning had breakfast at hmm I forgot the name of the place near city hall food court gani sya, anyway. It was one of the fondiest memories we all had each other.

Not too much in the woods, just scared of lime disease in the US. But if it's in Bohol I don't mind.

Arnuld, I'm sure an Architects and Engrs. figured that out, otherwise, the gov.would've not proposed it to the public if it's not possible.
Looking at the future if this is build, traffic will be unbelievable in Tagbilaran City especially that the highways there is not as wide as much in Cebu.
On the other hand, I would love to see it though hoping that I am still young and adventurous when that time comes.
