Living in LA Mike, specially sa mga olds is soooo difficult, Lola must not have much money for maintenance that's why she didn't water her lawn.... dint you know how much it would cost her? plus her meds? too much, mao bitaw nga some elderly will stay in an assisted living facility (kung maka afford) or Boarding house  (for so-so) and nursing home (for cant afford).
