para nako kung wala gani mahimo diha sa usa ka small area how much more sa wider area. dili man sad sa pag ingon nga palabihon ang balilihan kay taga diha siya pero makakita unta tag bisan gamay nalang pud nga umento ba. sugod pa pagka BM as an ex officio member being KB provincial chairman, nahimong mayor sa balilihan sud sa 9 ka tuig, nahimong vice governor, nahimong 3 term congressman but the improvement of balilihan is slow to think nga ang nagdumala sa lungsod sud sa daghang mga katuigan mga chatto na. ang balilihan gahapon ug karon mao ra gihapon gawas lang sa mga gagmayng modification. para nako ha ang significant things nga nahimo sa balilihan kanang CVSCAFT campus sa magsija, public high school sa cabad ug pagsemento sa major road cortes-balilihan-catigbian. gani wala pa mahuman ang balilihan-corella road nga gisemento sad. kanang mga skwelahan dako ug natabang sa mga batan-on aron makalampos sa pagtungha ug makabaton ug maayong ugma. pero dili lang kana ang gikinahanglan sa katawhan, daghan pa kaayo sama sa livelihood ug ubang matang sa panginabuhian.

ako, mobotar ko ni eddie as governor being a balilinhon since ang iyang mga kaatbang wala man ko makaila kaayo. nibotar gihapon ko niya sa dihang nilangsad siya as vice-governor ug congressman. tinuod sa mata sa mga taga balilihan maayong tawo si eddie. motimbaya na siya nimo kung magkasugat mo sa dalan or di gani kung moadto ka sa ilaha.

manghinaut lang ko nga this time if modaug siya as governor karong may 10, 2010. mahatagan na niya ug pagtagad ang poverty ilabi na ang katawhan sa balilihan nga naghangad kaniya isip lider.

bai beds, murag na raise naman na siya nga mga issues. kanang gipang gamit sa training ug orientation sample ballots lang na so dili kaayo nato angayan hatagan ug importance. ang mas bililhon ang things nga atong ma learn about ani nga election. it's the first so we can expect lots of issues and concerns. as for the ballots, it's a lot bigger compared to the ones we used to see. it is because it was made to fit the PCOS and it has it's own security code that the machine can read and likewise reject if proven not valid. there is nothing to worry about kay ang ballot isulod sa folder inig hatag nimo unya ipalabaw ra ang tumoy sa ballot ug letterhead ra sa comelec ang makita. ug ang distance between each seats are far enough for your seatmate to copy. and then inig human nimo ug shade tanan, i-close balik ang folder the way giunsa paghatag ug ang tumoy ra nga nilabaw maoy ipasok sa PCOS then lamyon na dayon to count your votes which the best thing in here. maong lisod na ang ballot switching ron since it's ballot is unique. ang problema ani ron kay kadtong atong mga kaigsoonan nga no read-no write. kasagaran ani nila naa mahimutang sa mga far flung areas. kinahanglan jud naay mo assist ana nila ug pasabton ug maayo unsay pagabuhaton. ang wala pa naklaro ani kung unsaon sa comelec ang mga ballots nga i-reject jud sa machine.

Oops! Joke time lang una ta, ha, kay init na jamo...

A priest was being honored at his retirement dinner after 35 years in the parish. A local politician and member of the congregation was requested to make the presentation and give a little speech at the dinner. He was delayed so the priest decided to say his own few words while they waited.

"I got my first impression of the parish from the first confession I heard here. I thought I had been assigned to a terrible place. The very first person who entered my confessional told me he had stolen a car and, when stopped by the police, had almost murdered the officer. He had cursed his parents, embezzled from his place of business, had an affair with his boss's wife, taken illegal drugs, and molested young girls. I was appalled. But as the days went on I knew that my people were not all like that and I had, indeed, come to a fine parish full of good and loving people."

Just as the priest finished his talk, the politician arrived full of apologies at being late. He immediately began to make the presentation and give his talk. "I'll never forget the first day our parish priest arrived," said the politician. "In fact, I had the honor of being the first one to go to him in confession."

Bwahaha.

masturbation can be good too in some places.

we have discussed a lot of bad things about masturbation. the question is; is masturbation good in any way too? the answer is yes. masturbation is a healthy thing. infect if you are not able to masturbate, there might be something wrong with you. but what is healthy masturbation? If you masturbate only to quench your frustration, it is a good thing. you feel relaxed and free. the fantasies of sex just leaves your mind. you can concentrate on something you want (eg. studies or some work). however what is bad is when you misuse it. when you do masturbation just to cope with the boredom, it is bad. if you masturbate everytime you see a pretty girl, this is again bad. you have to control yourself otherwise you will end up with a problem being addicted to masturbation and your enjoyable world would become a world of pain and regret.

what are other benefits of masturbation?
masturbation keeps you away from real sin. the real sin that is having sex with a woman. when you masturbate you do not feel that urge anymore and you are being kept away from sin. if you do not masturbate and you want to, it makes you somewhat cranky and offensive. it may lead you to not showing respect to elders. or you might start doing things on your own. in other words, it makes you too much bold or careless. this can lead to crimes at times. you should consider masturbation in such cases. you should always keep yourself balanced. if you need real urge for sex, just go for masturbation. just be aware that too much of it is very bad thing.

Over Masturbation

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions. Excessive stimulation can result in over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin.

Abundant and unusually large amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively masturbates.

Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

The side effects of such changes to the body include:

Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

Masturbation plays a big role in a normal sex life. Some of us discover it as children because it starts to feel so good between our legs. Others are shown by our friends. We continue to masturbate because it feels so good. It gets us ready for mature sexual relationships when we reach adulthood, and it helps us take care of those raging hormonal urges and surges when we are teenagers. Masturbation can enhance mature sexual relationships where two partners use it either as a prelude to other sexual activity, or as the main fare. And it keeps us going when relationships falter, such as when a partner is ill or away. It is a great equalizer in a relationship where one partner needs more sexual activity than the other.

How much is too much masturbation?
That depends but it's suggested men keep their ejaculation frequency down to 2-3 times a week. However, sexual activity can be experienced more often if men learn how to orgasm without ejaculation. Doing so can actually store bioenergy into your system and make your penis firmer, your erections last longer, and your ejaculate volume bigger.

Masturbation is a part of life and our sexual practices. In fact, most doctors recommend it, not only to improve sexual experiences but to also promote good general health. However, like most things in life, too much of a good thing can be bad. Excessive masturbation can lead to symptoms like stress, fatigue, and memory loss. In extreme cases, sufferers fall into the pitfalls of impotence and hair loss.

Under most circumstances, masturbation is neither good nor bad
One recently published study reported that 87% of women and 95% of men have practiced masturbationâ€"but when done to extreme, it causes drastic changes in brain and body chemistry. Masturbating too much can over-stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions and disrupt the liver’s release of enzymes that synthesize neurotransmitters acetylcholine, dopamine, and serotonin. Additionally, the liver’s ability to release enzymes that aid in hormone production is affected. As a result, the brain and adrenal glands produce too much dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, and other hormones and neural transmitters.

Symptoms (also called Sexual Exhaustion) is distressing liver and nervous system functions, include youthful impotence/erectile dysfunction (including a soft or weak erection) and seminal leakage. While more than 30% of men have experienced impotence at one time or another, impotence in youth is more rare and can often be attributed to the above factors.

Over-masturbation can also cause problems such as seminal leakage, which can cause sperm to ooze or leak out of the penis with no accompanying erection. Both semen leakage and youthful impotence are embarrassing, uncomfortable, and signs of Sexual Exhaustion.

Semen leakage is a sign that the parasympathetic nerve, which keeps the ejaculation valve shut and holds the erection, is weakening as a result of over-masturbation. With a weakened nerve, maintaining an erection is a problem.

Get Rid From The Addictive Behavior?
The first step to getting better is to reduce masturbation and ejaculation frequency and try to overcome this bad habit. Eat more soybean products and eliminating excessive caffeine from your diet. Focus on nutty foods like sunflower seeds, and peanuts and eat more sea foods, seaweed, vegetables, and try to minimize red meat and dairy product intake. Instead of soda, try drinking orange juice or cranberry juice and, of course, drink plenty of water.

it's an eye opener for manny that not because you are so popular you can do all things you want. it's time for him to realize that people are using him for business. even in his own team, people are making business out of his own knowledge. this will lead to his downfall later.

Everyone has a boss. Even if you "work for yourself," you're still an employee to your client.

A big part of maintaining the boss-employee relationship is to never allow a boss to think you dislike your work, are incapable of doing it, or--worse--consider it beneath you.

These sound like no-brainers, but many statements heard commonly around the workplace violate these basic rules. Looking for an example? Here are seven heard in workplaces all the time. They may seem ordinary, even harmless. But try reading these from your boss's point of view. You'll see right away why it's smart to never allow these seven sentences to pass your lips:

"That's not my job." You know what? A lot of bosses are simple souls who think your job is to do what's asked of you. So even if you're assigned a task that is, indeed, not your job, refrain from saying so. Instead, try to find out why your boss is assigning you this task--there may be a valid reason. If you believe that doing the task is a bad idea (as in, bad for the company) you can try explaining why and suggesting how it could be better done by someone else. This may work, depending on the boss. In any case, remember that doing what's asked of you, even tasks outside your job description, is good karma.

"It's not my problem." When people say something is not their problem it makes them look like they don't care. This does not endear them to anybody, especially the boss. If a problem is brewing and you have nothing constructive to say, it's better to say nothing at all. Even better is to pitch in and try to help. Because, ultimately, a problem in the workplace is everyone's problem. We're all in it together.

"It's not my fault." Yet another four words to be avoided. Human nature is weird. Claiming that something is not our fault often has the result of making people suspect it is. Besides, what's the real issue here? It's that something went wrong and needs to be fixed. That's what people should be thinking about--not who is to blame.

"I can only do one thing at a time." News flash: Complaining you are overworked will not make your boss feel sorry for you or go easier on you. Instead, a boss will think: (1) you resent your job, and/or (2) you aren't up to your job. Everybody, especially nowadays, feels pressured and overworked. If you're trying to be funny, please note that some sarcasm is funny and lightens the mood. Some just ticks people off.

"I am way overqualified for this job." Hey, maybe you are. But the fact is, this is the job you have. You agreed to take it on and, while you may now regret that decision, it's still your job. Complaining that it's beneath you only makes you look bad. Plus, coworkers doing similar jobs may resent and dislike you. And guess what? Bosses will not think, "Oh, this is a superior person whom I need to promote." Nope, they'll think, "What a jerk."

"This job is easy! Anyone could do it!" Maybe what you're trying to convey here is that you're so brilliant your work is easy. Unfortunately, it comes off sounding more like, "This work is stupid." Bosses don't like hearing that any work is stupid. Nor do they really like hearing that a job is easy peasy. It belittles the whole enterprise. If a task is simple, be glad and do it as quickly as you can. Even "stupid" work needs to get done.

"It can't be done." Saying something can't be done is like waving a red flag in a boss's eyes. Even if the thing being suggested truly is impossible, saying it is can make you look ineffectual or incapable. Better to play detective. Why is the boss asking you to do whatever it is? What's the problem that needs to be solved? What's the goal? Search for doable ways of solving that problem or reaching that goal. That's what bosses really want. Most of them do not expect the impossible.

Last words: When in doubt, remember that silence really is golden.

i admire manny as a boxer because he's really that good. but him as an actor or singer sorry. how much more as a politician. he might end up like another erap. i can act and sing better than him. maybe it's time for him to reconsider all his plans and just focus on boxing. if he wanted to retire, he can retire but still he should shy away from from those things except for being a product endorser as he can still sell things.

HONOLULU (AP)â€"A promoter says poor ticket sales have forced the cancellation of Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao’s upcoming concert Sunday in Waikiki.

Ryan Chang of Island Fire Productions said Tuesday he stood to lose about $50,000 on the concert, even with late sales and walk-ups.

Only 603 tickets had been sold for the show at the Waikiki Shell just days after more than 45,000 peopleâ€"the largest crowd to see a fight in the U.S. in 17 yearsâ€"watched Pacquiao retain his welterweight title against Joshua Clottey in Texas.

Pacquiao was going to earn $100,000 at the “Manny Pacquiao Live In Hawaii Concert Celebration.” He made at least $12 million for last Saturday’s fight.

wala man gani nila na resolve ang issue pud bahin sa first mass asa jud gi held diri sa philippines. as we all know that it was in limasawa island in leyte but some groups and historians claimed it's not in limasawa but in masao, butuan. also the first blood compact was held in masao as well with magellan, rajah siaiu and his brother rajah colambu.

Blacks must leave store, NJ Walmart announcer says, upsetting customers; company investigates

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) -- A Walmart store announcement ordering black people to leave brought chagrin and apologies Wednesday from leaders of the company, which has built a fragile trust among minority communities.

A male voice came over the public-address system Sunday evening at a store in Washington Township, in southern New Jersey, and calmly announced: "Attention, Walmart customers: All black people, leave the store now."

Shoppers in the store at the time said a manager quickly got on the public-address system and apologized for the remark. And while it was unclear whether a rogue patron or an employee was responsible for the comment, many customers expressed their anger to store management.

"I want to know why such statements are being made, because it flies in the face of what we teach our children about tolerance for all," said Sheila Ellington, who was in the store at the time with a friend. "If this was meant to be a prank, there's only one person laughing, and it's not either one of us."

Ellington, of Monroe, and her friend Patricia Covington said they plan to boycott the retailer until they're assured the issue has been addressed so it doesn't happen again.

The pair said they were stunned when they heard the announcement and initially believed they had misheard it. But once the words sank in, they grew angry.

"I depended on Walmart for all my needs, because the store has pretty much everything you could want," Covington said. "But until this issue is addressed in a way I'm comfortable with, I can't walk through those doors again."

Officials with Wal-Mart Stores Inc., based in Bentonville, Ark., said that the announcement was "unacceptable" and that they're trying to determine who made it and how it happened.

"We are just as appalled by this incident as our customers," the company said in a statement. "Whoever did this is just wrong and acted in an inappropriate manner. Clearly, this is completely unacceptable to us and to our customers."

This is not the first time the retailer has faced such problems.

There have been several past instances of black customers claiming they were treated unfairly at Walmart stores, and the company faced lawsuits alleging that women were passed over in favor of men for pay raises and promotions.

In February 2009, the retailer paid $17.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit alleging racial discrimination in its hiring of truck drivers.

And the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued the company in May 2009, claiming some Hispanic employees at a Sam's Club subsidiary in California were subjected to a hostile work environment. That suit alleges managers failed to stop repeated verbal harassment, including the use of derogatory words, against employees of Mexican descent.

However, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has said the company has worked hard in recent years to show it cares about diversity.

Bill Mitchell, a former Walmart employee who was shopping Wednesday at the store, said that he was saddened to hear about the announcement but that "as a black man, I've heard worse things."

As customer Sharon Osbourne, of Williamstown, left the store Wednesday, she called the announcement "appalling, stupid and sad."

it's only julian felipe who knows the exact tune of lupang hinirang. since my elementary days up to this point I heard a lot of different ways the national anthem was sung whether in chorus or solo. as long as it's not vandalized or mocked then that should be ok. NHI admin can't even sing it when he was asked to give a sample of how it should be done. instead played an MP3 format of the anthem that can also be downloaded from their website.

next time if there is an event like this, i think it's more appropriate if NHI will appoint as to who's gonna sing the national anthem. this is to avoid things like this since this time it's their choice. no more criticisms no more lambasting and no more comments about the singing.

Election is less than 2 months away. Local campaign has not started yet. Comelec is busy educating voters about the PCOS and the new ballot to be used in this coming election. It's time for us to try and see if we are all aware on what to do in this coming election. I had filled out a sample ballot for the national and local elections based on the election guidelines. Whatever I choose doesn't mean that it will also be my final choice this coming May 10.

that's why most members of MBC or makati business club are not supporting villar because they know how villar deceived them previously. now if villar will win the presidency, he will surely deceived all of us by acting and showing he's pro-poor because he said he came from a poor family.

is he paying the kids in his campaign ads fairly? is he getting working permits from DOLE for this kids? because this is surely not just an AD but it's a campaign where he is surely paying the directors, cameramen among others to make these video ads.
