what I mean, there is an ethical standard that would start with an inquiry ( submitting an official or formal query about the issue ) being a member of the community.  How it would be answered shall be the basis of how the inquiry would progress.  We need to gather all the facts first and analyze.

If we need to help, we have to listen and immerse to the problem and provide solution...and if along the process, we found a deficiency and/or anomaly,  then we will ask the involved party to present this to the public and must be accountable for his action.

I feel sorry for Iviliz nga mao ray giabot sa iyang rationalization....and surrender. Naging inconsistent tuloy... instead of palaban ...nareverse man.  But am sure, at a point in time, the incident encountered with TB will be a learning experience ....

Some members of the Tubag Bohol family paid a visit of sympathy to Jez for the demise of his beloved  father in Lila yesterday afternoon.  Those who joined in the trip were Gelyan, Paul, Simplylee and myself.

We also brought the flowers from Options & Concepts and from Gemma and Edelweiss through Lycel, the prayer card from Amy and Gary and the monetary contribution from Macky Ferniz.

As we were not able to reach Elsie (St. Agnes) via phone ( no signal in the area ), we went home ahead as it was already past 5 ( reaching Tagbilaran after 6 ). Hence, wala na mi mohulat.

To Jez and family, our deepest sympathy.

Note:  Duha man ang nipanaw during this vehicular accident ( Jez father and his cousin ).

I salute Joh Ignacio for his contributions to Bohol in terms of  artistry ( visual, fashion, interior design ) and anything with aesthetic value (with his interventions through Alturas' group of malls ).  We are lucky to have him here in our province.

He is a friend for more than 3 decades ( started when I was still a student at USC-Cebu ); a friend you will cherish for a lifetime...

Hello Bol-anon ko,  we had a conference call (YM) with some interested parties around the world last Wednesday - discussing the TB Ville...we will be posting the Minutes of the Meeting shortly.

Really, the attendance of some were missed in the Grand EB but we perfectly understood their contraints...kay Sunday man god...others were preparing for school and offices on the following day (ako ganing niece - some of them were on gowns when boarding the last trip to Cebu ).

Some preferred attending the mini-EBs and tour aron dili tawon samok in reporting to their respective duties (unlike those who are based in Bohol and on vacation) who could certainly spend time during the occasion.  Ang uban wala moattend kay gikuyawan maghunahuna sa dress code... hehehe

We must understand that the incidents were related to "drinking liquor" except for the 1 on diving.  The tourists must know their limits... though probably we have deficiencies in our facilities but on those cases there were already delays (how a reaction of a companion could be snappy when he/she is also drunk).  On the latter, she must have some heart (breathing) problems... however, that would be a lesson to learn...we must be proactive.

Yesterday morning I had the opportunity to be with the school administration and students during the 4th Yr. Convocation Program and conveyed to them the vision I have for the school with your support... I was a bit emotional giving them in-depth of where I came from, the roots and the accomplishments. The School Director's invitation to speak was purely to give inspiration and encouragement to the students that poverty is not a hindrance...instilling to them that "the future is not something we travel to, we have to built it".
