Nobody likes to have pimples and blackheads, and it would be nice if we could say this is what causes them and this is how to avoid having them. But the problem is not so simple.
Both pimples and blackheads starts most often in the follicles of the hair. Certain glands, called "sebaceous glands," deposit an oily material there. When the hair follicle becomes plugged up and this deposit collects, it forms a blemish we call a balckhead.
Pimples are small raised areas of the skin which often have collections of pus in them. But the cause of pimples is harder to explain than that of blackheads. This is because they may be due to many conditions,including an improper diet, a glandular imbalance, or tiny infections in the skin.
Pimples may also be a sign that a more serious skin disorder is developing, or they may even be a sign of some diseased condition in the body. This is why a person should consult a doctor when he/she has many pimples on the body. The doctor will try to determine what brouth them on. If the pimples are caused by some internal condition, then medication applied to the pimples will not do much good and could even damage the skin permanently. Pimples should not be squeezed. This makes it possible for bacteria to get into the area.
Acne is a condition that occurs in many young people of adolescent age. Acne includes blackheads, pustues, cysts, and nodules, all of which appear together. While the cause of common acne varies from person to person, in some cases it is due to the eating of certain foods, and in others it may be due to improper work by glands. A person with acne should consult a doktor for treatment.

about my family name Galope i just know my father's name Santo dela Rosa Galope pero hindi ko pa siya na meet. Its a long story but in short hindi ko po kilala ang mga kamg-anak ko po sa side ng real father ko po as far as I know my uncle said that he is from Alicia.

Thank you for the information about Candijay, originally my mother is from Bohol Anda and she got married and stay long time in Manila means pinanganak ako at lumaki sa Manila. My first time to visit Bohol is after my graduation in Elem. 1988 in Badiang Anda so my mother got a property there and as i remember in some reason we transfer in Candijay. She enroll me there because I'm late to enroll in Manila. So I attend my first year high school in Cogtong School and after that bumalik na ako sa Manila para tapusin ang pag-aaral ko.
Right now Michael I'm 32 years old married and have kids and one of my kid name also Michael. So my husband LOVE Bohol so much thats why now may sarili na kaming property diyan sa Candijay,actually this month we are coming there for one month vacation.
I'm just wondering Michael if you can help me or advice some thing about the security in Candijay for example kung may emergency Sino ang pwede kong tawagan? Medyo nag-aalala kasi ako 'coz we are not originally from Bohol but we like to live there at marami narin akong kakilala sa Candijay but my problem also is hindi ako marunong mag bisaya just the basic what I know.
Hoping you can give me some information about this security thing...

Hi everyone! Just call me Aira, rigth now me and my family are staying here in Japan. I was born and raise in Manila but my husband loves Bohol and we decide to built our house there. We are in Candijay Bohol my problem is I cant speak fluent in bisaya I'm still learning it. Hope to make some friends here...Thanks
