Talking about wealth and prosperity, let me tell you about Dubai.

Dubai is building a colossal domed city 9 times bigger than The Mall of America

Dubai is like the Texas of the Middle East: Everything is bigger.
Much bigger.

Already the home of the world's tallest building, Dubai is slated to become the host of The Mall of the World. Developer Dubai Holdings says the city won't just have a glass-domed, climate-controlled interior, but hundreds of buildings, thousands of hotel rooms, and its own fully functional transit system, the company announced late last year.

The company says the Mall of the World will be completed in 2020. If it is, it'll be world's first domed city.

"We are making good progress with the planning and thoughtful approach to the development of Mall of the World," Dubai Holding COO Morgan Parker said in an email statement to Tech Insider. "It sits at the heart of Dubai and will be critical to the Emirate's economic growth."

The actual specs of the Mall of the World are stupefying.

More than 100 specialists including designers, engineers, and architects are involved on the project, which will take up approximately 48 million square feet of space when all is said and done.

Minnesota's Mall of America, with its 5.6 million square feet of space, will look tiny by comparison.

It'll also boast a network of 33 roads and 1.6 million square feet of walkways and plazas, not to mention bike routes, bus lines, and even gondola rides on the mall's artificial waterways.

Dubai Holding says it will also have the largest indoor theme park in the world.

Dubai's Mall of the World will be the first domed city on Earth.

Even with their hyper-purified climate, domed cities have an unsettling air to them.
As Motherboard's Brian Merchant observed a couple years ago, a city's need to keep everything contained inside what's essentially a giant bubble means something else is implicitly being left out.

"The masses, including the underpaid immigrants who will no doubt help build it, may be free to wander through by day, but they will surely find no residence there," Merchant wrote, pointing out that the overwhelming majority of United Arab Emirate residents are foreigners.

Dubai Holding says the Mall of the World will consist of five main elements: retail, residential, office, hospitality, and entertainment. These will make up nearly 300 individual buildings in the city across 8 million square feet. The company expects to see 180 million visitors annually once it opens to the public.

The goal is unquestionably lofty.

Domed buildings are the sort of fare normally reserved for science fiction, not urban planning. Building such a structure will require an immense amount of time-intensive labor and upkeep â€" if it ever reaches the construction stage.

Dubai's famous "The World" island chain shows how mega-projects can fail to meet expectations. Though the islands themselves were completed in 2008, they've had only minimal economic or architectural development since then.

Dubai has had some successes, namely the cloud-piercing Burj Khalifa. It is also slated to complete the construction of Jeddah Tower by 2019, which will eclipse Burj Khalifa as the tallest building in the world by more than 500 feet and feature the world's highest observation deck.

So big projects aren't out of the question.

But even if the final glass panel does slide into place, there's no guarantee the Mall of the World will pay off in the long run.

We really hope it does.

Election time man ron dinhi sa states, let me tell you something about our congressmen.
271 of the 535 members of Congress are millionaires. That's 50%! Only 5% of "regular" American households are worth more than $1 million.
Mao ra ning estoryaha sa Pilipinas. Ang mga politiko maoy daghan ug kwarta.

When I talk about a million dollars, I am talking about net worth. I am recommending to you the book The Millionaire Next Door. In it you will see that millionaires are just ordinary people. In our neighborhood, you will see that I live in a little house. My neighbors across the street live in a big house. But there are 3 families living in it. Medyo, apiki kay daghan man sila namojo. Nag tinabangay ug bayad sa mortgage. Dili man tungod kay daku ta ug balay ug gwapo ang atong kotse, datu na ta. Nag bago-od lang ta ug bayad sa installment ;D

Mas maajo pay mamojo ta nga simple living.

Just continue reading my "novel" and i will show you the road to wealth and prosperity. We can live an abundant life if we ask it from GOD. Praised be our Lord JESUS CHRIST.

Pila ka adlaw wa ko mo gawas kay medyo gi dimalas. Way off ang timing. I buy when the stock is going down, I sell when the stock is going up. In 3 days I lost about $5000. Medyo pa bugnaw sa ta. Well, this is life in the stock market, you win some, you lose some. So in the meantime, I will tell you who is the world's richest man. Forbes magazine list his net worth at $70 billion but I agree with someone who estimated Putin's net worth at $200 billion.

Vladimir Putin Net Worth: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Russian President Vladimir Putin talks the talk to his own people when he calls himself “your humble servant.” That’s most likely based on his official salary of $187,000, the average salary in Russia comes in at $17,230. The truth is that Putin’s wealth is exorbitant and he should be ranked among the wealthiest people in the world.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. Forbes Estimates Putin Has $70 Billion

According to Forbes’ 2014 billionaires list, Putin was quoted as having wealth of up to $70 billion. If true, that would make him the second richest person in the world behind Bill Gates. Much of the speculation about Putin’s wealth comes from dissident Russian writer Stanislav Belkovsky. In 2007, he told The Guardian that Putin owned 37% of oil company Surgutneftegaz and a sizable share in natural gas giant Gazprom.

2. He Personally Owns 58 Aircrafts

A 2012 report into Putin’s wealth by the Daily Telegraph, detailed his personal toys, which includes a fleet of 58 different aircraft. The bathroom on one of his planes cost $85,000 to install, it has gold fittings.

His watch collection is valued at over $500,000, he has a palace valued at $340 million on the Black Sea, and a yacht which cost a cool $44 million. Former Russian deputy prime minister, Boris Nemtsov, said that Putin “can be compared with that of the monarchs of the Persian Gulf or the most outrageous oligarchs.”

3. He Has an Inner Circle of Billionaire Pals

A 2012 New York Times report around Putin’s circles just as the Russian president poised to win a new six-year term. Some of those on the inner circle are Yuri Kovalchuk who is valued at $1.5 billion, Gennady Timchenko, whose company moves $70 billion worth of oil per year, he sells his oil mainly to Russia’s state crude company. Also tight with Putin is Arkady Rotenberg, who also shares Putin’s love of Judo, he supplies pipe to Gazprom and is referenced as a “billionaire industrialist” by The New York Times.

4. Condi Rice Said That Putin Benefits From ‘Alleged Illicit Proceeds’

In a Wikileaks cable, former U.S. Secretary of State Condi Rice said that Putin was “Vladimir Putin is nervously trying to secure his future immunity from potential law enforcement investigations into his alleged illicit proceeds.” In a Time Magazine interview, Putin was outraged at the suggestion that he (or anyone in his government) was corrupt. The Russian president was asked about the suggestion that those in the Kremlin were getting rich, he said:

Then you know who and how. Write to us, to the foreign ministry, if you are so confident. I presume you know the names, you know the systems and the tools.
I can assure you and everyone who would listen to us, watch us and read us, that the reaction would be swift, immediate, [and] within the prevailing law.

5. Determining Anybody’s Wealth in Russia Is Difficult

In a CNBC report, it’s stated that “wealth in Russia often held through shell companies, offshore accounts and frontmen.” The New York Times reports that Putin is a secret beneficiary to deals done involving Russian state assets and private billionaires.

Vladimir Putin practically owns Russia, so I believe he is the world's richest man with $200 billion.

The 10 countries with the most powerful passports

If you have US citizenship, you have a great deal of traveling power: Americans can fly to 147 countries without ever showing a visa. It makes international travel both cheaper and easier than it is for citizens of many other countries, like those of South Sudan, who can only enter 28 countries without a visa.
The stark differences are revealed in the Passport Index, which ranks countries based on the number of nations where residents can go without purchasing a visa in advance or on arrival. Global financial advisory firm Arton Capital compiled government data from 193 countries and six territories to create the ranking.

Here are the 10 highest-ranking countries and the number of countries their citizens can visit without a visa.

I bought $3000 of AMDA yesterday @ $1.39. Good for 2158 shares.

Na baligja naho ang AMDA @ 3.20. 2158 X 3.20 = $6905

In 5 days we more than doubled our money on AMDA from $3000 to $6905.

Kong PROMO gani, PUMP and DUMP stocks, kinahanglan baligja dajon. I do hope that you can understand my explanation. Dear Traders,

Our alert tonight is KATX.. hurry and put it at the top of your watch list!

Before we even begin to explain the huge potential that could lie here, we want you to load up these stocks.

           Â·          Freeport-McMoRan (NYSE:FCX)

Â·          Southern Copper Corp. (NYSE: SCCO)

           Â·          Rio Tinto (LSE:RIO,NYSE:RIO,ASX:RIO)

These are all copper stocks that are big companies in the industry and are trading pretty high.

KATX is a copper mining stock that is at sub-penny prices! The best part is that the stock has been prone to DOUBLING in just one session.

The stock has moved from $0.0001 to $0.0002 many times in the last couple of months in just one day!

KATX could be a very big opportunity right now at these prices so start your research RIGHT AWAY!

KAT Exploration Inc. (KATX)

http://www.katexploration.com

The copper industry could soon become red hot again as China demand fuels up.

Any buying pressure may send KATX shares soaring. The stock looks hidden under the radar right now but who knows for how much longer!

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

KATX explores for mineral deposits in and around central and eastern Newfoundland, Canada.  It's focus has been on Sediment-Hosted Stratiform Copper Deposits in the eastern portion of the province.

The company owns the Hodderville Copper property on the Bonavista Peninsula which is comprised of 180 claims totaling 11,000 acres.

The Hodderville claims cover a number of SSC copper showings hosted by the Rocky Harbor group of rock which lie below the Crown Hill Formation.

The company believes that the definitive evidence of native copper in the area which is accompanied by a 13KM NE/SW fault zone is a strong indicator of a possible feeder zone for other copper discoveries.

More importantly, the company is confirming that assay results from the old field's pit ran as high as 2.5% Cu!

One of the most undervalued and overlooked base minerals on this planet is COPPER. Why this is, is very surprising because copper is one of the most important elements we have!

It was one of the first metals ever extracted and used by humans and even today is the material of choice for a variety of domestic, industrial, and high-technology applications today.

According to geology.com, copper is used in building construction, power generation and transmission, electronic product manufacturing, and the production of industrial machinery and transportation vehicles.

Copper wiring and plumbing are integral to the appliances, heating and cooling systems, and telecommunications links used every day in homes and businesses.

It is an essential component in the motors, wiring, radiators, connectors, brakes, and bearings used in cars and trucks. The average car contains 1.5 kilometers (0.9 mile) of copper wire, and the total amount of copper ranges from 20 kilograms (44 pounds) in small cars to 45 kilograms (99 pounds) in luxury and hybrid vehicles.

The outlook for copper is greatly focused on China and China's demand for copper is expected to rise 4-4.5 percent THIS YEAR!

A number of the world’s biggest mining companies are optimistic on copper including Rio Tinto Group who has been upbeat about copper use in China.

"Signs of improvement in China’s property market are boosting prospects for the metal," said Jean-Sebastien Jacques, head of Rio’s copper and coal operations.

With the dramatic rise in gold, copper and silver, KATX feels that its focus is in the right areas and will proceed to bring its properties to their full potential.

KATX  also has a great interest in gold properties in and around the central area. One of these is the Handcamp Property area that has thus far provided high grade gold numbers as high as 158 g/t. With the discovery of Rare Earth Elements(REE) on its 100% owned "Rusty Ridge" property, the company will expand it's focus in this area as well.

The company also has two mines in the state of New Mexico and are excited to begin the process of reawakening these mines and generate revenues for the company.

We are certainly not promising that KATX is going to be the next big dog in the industry, but comparitvely speaking next to other big copper companies, these sub-penny prices could be a steal!

KATX has even involved itself in the automotive sector by purchasing "The Pre-Owned Jeep Store in Carterville, Georgia last year.

Link to PR: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/kat-exploration-inc-purchases-pre-152700772.html

The purchase was completed on August 6th, 2015 by and between KATX and Gary Grim the previous owner of the Jeep Store.

This diversification brings revenue of over $11 MM to KATX and will allow for future growth!

Ken Stead CEO stated, "We are delighted and excited to announce that KAT has acquired such a business that generates a large volume of revenue bringing a measure of financial security in the long term. This purchase is a tremendous asset which places KAT Exploration on the growing list of multi-faceted companies that for us, diversifying from both ends of the spectrum. While we are still exploring for base metals on our Canadian projects, being in the automotive business as well is always a safe place to be."

If Wall Street starts picking up on this stock, it could be on its way to hitting old highs so make sure you you have it on your trading screen for tomorrow!

KATX is a SUB-PENNY that may be ready to SKYROCKET at these levels!

Sincerely,

TSF

Good Morning!

News was just released this morning that AMDA is to Present Research Supporting Favorable Silicon Nitride Findings at the Orthopaedic Research Society(ORS) Annual Meeting occurring March 5-8, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.

In the release, AMDA announced that all four submissions to the ORS were accepted for presentation at the annual meeting. The ORS annual meeting attracts attendees from all over the world including clinicians, surgeons, residents, veterinarians, basic scientists, and engineers who come together to present the latest innovative and cutting-edge musculoskeletal research.

“Our presentations will demonstrate the rationale for using our proprietary silicon nitride composition in a variety of medical applications within the $15 billion surgical spine, dental, hip and knee replacement markets,” said Dr. Sonny Bal, Chairman and CEO of Amedica Corporation. “This scientific data will convincingly demonstrate the serious limitations of other existing biomaterials, while highlighting the advantages of silicon nitride, even as we continue further testing on an improved second generation silicon nitride composition. I’m very proud of our continued innovation and robust science, which will be presented at this important orthopedic forum.”

Alert Update: Amedica Corporation (Nasdaq: AMDA)
http://www.amedica.com/
Alert Price: $1.37

Hello Member,

Our Nasdaq Alert from this morning, AMDA, gained over 45% at highs of $2.00 and closed the day as a Top 5 Nasdaq Gainer at $1.95!! Congrats!

After opening at $1.37, AMDA hit early highs of $1.75 before pulling back to the mid $1.40 range. From there, AMDA made huge moves throughout the second half of the trading day and hit highs of $2.00 before closing the day very strong at $1.95.

Take a look at the 1 day chart below. We are keeping AMDA high on our radar after the strong close today.

AMDA 1 Day Chart

Below are a few reasons we believe AMDA is a must research Nasdaq company:

AMDA recently announced a one-for-fifteen reverse split that became effective on Monday, January 25, 2016. Post-split, AMDA has a much smaller float of around $8.5 million and has experienced increased liquidity since the reverse split was completed. Today, AMDA traded more than 3.5 times its 3 month average volume in route to gains of over 45%.

AMDA is a commercial-stage biomaterial company that believes its silicon nitride technology platform enables it to offer new and transformative products in the orthopedic, and other medical device markets. AMDA also believes they are the first and only company to use silicon nitride in medical applications, and over 20,000 of their silicon nitride spine products have been implanted in patients.

On Monday, AMDA announced the release of its Valeo IIâ,,¢ C interbody fusion device system. The second generation cervical system will be commercially available mid-February 2016. This product further improves imaging and fusion assessment capabilities. The Valeo IIâ,,¢ C interbody fusion offers a slim-profile design which improves intraoperative visibility for more exact placement and postoperative visibility, providing better assessment of successful fusion. Dr. David M. Jones, MD, Piedmont Neurosurgery and Spine, Hickory, NC, had this to say about the new product "The new innovative design coupled with this unique biomaterial can revolutionize spinal fusion procedures, and ensure a level of inter-operative and post-operative accuracy that is unparalleled today.”

AMDA is in the growing $9 billion surgical spine market that continues to undergo significant product innovations and we believe that AMDA's silicon nitride material use could set them apart to make a big impact on this market. AMDA also continues to pursue the development of hip and knee replacement products, targeting what is currently a $12 billion market.

On January 5th, 2016, Ladenburg Thalmann initiated coverage on AMDA with a "Buy" rating.

AMDA has continued to trade in after hours trading and last traded at $2.03.

Keep AMDA on your radar for tomorrow and read our full report from this morning if you missed it.

Stay tuned..
Sincerely,

The Trojan Horse of the Syrian refugee crisis isn’t just the terrorists who are hidden in their ranks, but each and every one of the Muslims who are emigrating. It doesn’t matter if they are radical Muslims or not, nor does it matter if they are terrorists. They are all committed to the spread of Islam and they are using this as an excuse to send millions of people into the western world for the purpose of conquest.

That may seem ridiculous to you, stating that such a small group could conquer a nation, but you have to understand their tactics. They have already taken over areas of several European countries, making them into “no-go zones.” Those areas are totally under Muslim control and governed by Sharia Law. The police and the duly elected government has no power and no say. They have effectively been kicked out and the area has effectively been conquered.

That’s been done with relatively few people, mere thousands. What will happen when there are millions? How will those governments stand against Muslim pressure, when the Muslims know exactly what buttons to push, in order to get things their way?

Muslims are winning the propaganda war. They are using our laws and our sensibilities against us. A mere 15 years after 9-11, they’ve managed to paint themselves as the most misunderstood and most persecuted minority in the world, with the greatest amount of prejudice against them. That’s a load of crap. Muslims account for 23% percent of the world’s population, 1.6 billion people. They are far from a minority.

Yet Islam is a hungry master. The Quran commands them to take over the world and they are going to do everything they can to do so. Those whom we call “moderate Muslims” are the ones who will do it. The radicals, who become terrorists, don’t take over the world. They just threaten the world so that we’ll be quiet while we’re being raped. It’s the moderates who take over cities, make no-go zones and demand that laws and customs be changed to accommodate them.

The rape that is going on in Europe isn’t going to stop. About the only thing that can save Europe right now is for the people to rise up in arms and throw the Muslims out. But they aren’t allowed to do that. In most European countries, it’s illegal to own firearms. That doesn’t stop the Muslims or the criminals, but it does stop the law-abiding citizens of those countries from defending themselves.

Yet, they are trying. German men have turned out in droves and organized to protect their women. How did the government accept that? They sent 1,500 police to the rally where the men were organizing. There were only 150 in the vicinity of the train station on New Year’s Eve, and they didn’t do a thing to stop the sexual molestation, but they sent 1,500 to a protest against that attack. What does that tell you?

These sorts of attacks are going to increase. While they are mostly in Europe right now, we can soon expect to see them here on our side of the pond. As Obama allows more and more of these animals into our country, we must keep in mind that they have not come as refugees, they have not come as immigrants, they have come as a conquering army and as far as they are concerned, they’ve already won the war and our women are the spoils of that war.

This is what we can expect to face. As unpopular as Trump’s declaration about closing the doors to Muslim immigrants has been, it’s the only real answer. Something has to be done to determine if these people are going to assimilate into society or not; and those who won’t, have to be kept out of the country. Otherwise, they will take over.

Of course, there is one other option… that of civil war. It may come to that. But if it does, it will have to be because the Muslims start it. If we, the American people, start killing Muslims out of hand, we will be giving up the high ground and become something we are not.

Yes, we can defend ourselves and our loved ones. Yes, we can defend our women. But no, we can’t kill indiscriminately in that process. We don’t allow our soldiers to do that in war, and we can’t allow ourselves to do so in this war.

Philippine Business News / The Rise of Rape and Islam

The massive influx of supposed “refugees” into Europe is having a number of unexpected consequences. Perhaps the liberal politicians who agreed to their invasion were thinking these refugees would be like others, act like others and be grateful like others. But what they’ve gotten is far from what anyone could have expected.

Not only is it clear that terrorists have infiltrated the ranks of the “refugees,” as proven by the Paris terrorist attack, but it’s also clear that the rest of the “military age men” who make up the majority of the influx are determined to change Europe into what they want it to be.

On New Year’s Eve, about 1,000 of these men gathered together at the central train station in Cologne, Germany (there’s also a Cologne, France, but this happened in German) to give a special present to the women of the city. As the women passed, they were groped and sexually assaulted by the immigrant men. Some were robbed, under the covering of the distraction caused by the groping. A few were even raped.

This didn’t just happen in Cologne, but in Hamburg and other cities as well. But Cologne was the epicenter, with more than 800 women molested by these Muslim men. Many of the attackers were drunk, ignoring their religion’s probation of alcohol in favor of enjoying themselves.

We can’t even say that this is an isolated event, as I hear daily of new rapes and gang rapes happening throughout Europe. While rape has always existed and will probably exist until the end of time, what is happening now has not happened on this scale since the wars of the Middle Ages. While rape has always followed war, this is something new; using rape as a tool of war.

One More Insult to Injury

Sweden has become the rape capital of Europe and perhaps of the world, if we leave out the lands controlled by ISIS. The Muslim immigrants apparently feel they have a right to any woman who they see. This matches the teachings of their Imams and the Quran, which states that all lust is caused by women, it is not in the heart of the man. Therefore, the women are the ones who cause it.

The Imam of Cologne has even come out and said this, declaring that the sexual abuse and rape were the fault of the women, “walking around half-naked and wearing perfume.” He literally said that they should have expected it. But then, we have to realize that to these Muslim men, seeing a woman’s ankles makes her half-naked in his eyes. When all they ever saw in their homelands were women hidden by black cloth sacks, it’s no wonder that the sight of real women would excite them.

Now, I’ve got to say that modern styles for women’s clothing isn’t exactly modest. But that’s not the issue. If those women had been wearing floor length dresses, with long sleeves and high necks, it would still have been more than they could stand. Simply having a dress that actually fit and showed that the woman’s body had curves would have driven those men mad, especially in their drunken state. But such is Islam, that they blame the women for the faults of the men. That means that as long as there are Muslim immigrants, the chances of rape will be high.

A video has recently come out in which a female Muslim college professor explains that rape of non-Muslim women is acceptable in the Islamic religion. It is to be used as a means of humiliating the women, with the ultimate goal of forcing them to convert to Islam. There’s even a reference to her being converted by the sexual act. Her specific statements refer to raping women captured in war, but the invasion of Europe is a war in Muslim eyes.

According to the Quran, Muslims aren’t allowed to immigrate to infidel lands and put themselves under the authority of infidels or their laws, that is sin to them. When they go to other lands, and they are commanded in the Quran to do so, they are to go there and take the position of being the heads, over the people of the land. They are to take over the lands and subjugate them to Sharia Law.

This is called hijrah, and it is as old as Islam itself. The first hijrah was when Mohammad himself left Mecca to go to Medina. He and his followers went there for the purpose of conquest, to take the city over and force it to convert to Islam. This was the beginning of hijrah as a means of jihad and Muslims have been used ever since to conquer new lands and expand their territory.

Human sa taas kaajo nga introduction, ato nang hinay hinayan ug estorya gi unsa naho pag ganansya ug kapin usa ka milyon nga dolyar  sa company nga JAZZ Pharmaceuticals. By now you already know the difference between trading and investing. Naka ganansya ko sa JAZZ thru investing not trading.  Kining JAZZ bata pa ni nga company. Nag sugod sija June 1, 2007. So bale 8 years pa ni sija nga ga operate. Atong e compare sa Microsoft MSFT w/c started on March 13, 1986. So in terms of age, baby company pa ning JAZZ. 8 yrs. old pa lang. Ang Microsoft medyo bata pa pod. 29 yrs. old. Mga karaan nga companies , mo last ug more than a century. The Coca Cola Company KO was founded in 1886.

Swerte lang nga naka ponit ko sa JAZZ. Nag open ang ijang share price at $17.50 on June 1, 2007. Unja nag anam ug os-os. Kay lagi sigi pa man sila ug imbento sa ilang mga medisina. Pharmaceutical company man ni sija. Syempre daku jud kaajo ug gasto . Nag anam ug kahilis ang capital. Paglabay sa tuig, gikan sa 17.50 per share, nahimong 16, nahimong 15. Nag sigi ug padong sa ubos. on  March 3, 2008, it went down to 12.10. In the middle of March 2008, nag single digit na sija. On March 17, 2008 the share price opened at 9.70. Pagka udto misaka to 10.70. Pagka hapon , went down to 9.34.

From this time on, I kept a close watch on JAZZ.

A Little Story

The businessman  was at the pier of a small coastal Mexican village when a small boat with just  one fisherman docked. Inside the small boat were several large yellowfin tuna.  The businessman complimented the Mexican on the quality of his fish and asked  how long it took to catch them. The Mexican replied only a little  while.

The businessman then asked why he didn't stay out longer and catch  more fish? The Mexican said he had enough to support his family's immediate  needs. The businessman then asked, but what do you do with the rest of your  time? The Mexican fisherman said, "I sleep late, fish a little, play with my  children, take a siesta with my wife, Maria, stroll into the village each  evening where I sip wine and play guitar with my amigos; I have a full and busy  life, señor."

The  businessman scoffed, "I am a Harvard MBA and I could help you. You should spend  more time fishing and with the proceeds buy a bigger boat. With the proceeds  from the bigger boat you could buy several boats; eventually you would have a  fleet of fishing boats. Instead of selling your catch to a middleman, you would  sell directly to the processor and eventually open your own cannery. You would  control the product, processing and distribution. You would need to leave this  small coastal fishing village and move to Mexico City, then LA and eventually  New York City where you would run your expanding enterprise."

The Mexican  fisherman asked, "But señor, how long will this all take?" To which the  businessman replied, "15-20 years." "But what then, señor?" The businessman  laughed and said, "That's the best part! When the time is right you would  announce an IPO and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich.  You would make millions." "Millions, señor? Then what?" The businessman said,  "Then you would retire. Move to a small coastal fishing village where you would  sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take a siesta with your wife,  stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play your  guitar with your amigos."

The fisherman, still smiling, looked up and  said, "Isn't that what I'm doing right now?"

sakto ra jud ahong pag baligja. kong na dispatsar pa naho at 30 cents, kapin $2000 unta ang ganansya. mao ni ang dagan sa penny stocks.
they move so fast. kinhangan abtik jud ka. kay kini gong klaseha sa mga stocks nga ahong gi duwa-an, mga promo ni sila. these are the so called

so my advice to you dear readers.if you are a newbie trader do not play this kind of game. you will surely lose your money. lisod kaajo kuha-on ang timing.
it is much better if you invest, not trade. mag pasensya lang ka nga mag hinay hinay ug saka ang price sa imong napalit nga stock kong maka tonong ka ug maajo nga stock

What Are You Doing To Stay On Top Of Your Company’s Culture?

“Is the culture what I say it is?” That’s the question Bruce Cozadd, cofounder, chairman, and CEO of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, says you have to keep asking yourself as an executive. Cozadd does two things to try to stay on top of Jazz’s corporate culture. “First, I spend a lot of time with new employees,” he shares. “I invite new employees in for an hour-long breakfast meeting that is relatively unscripted and includes small, cross-functional groups.” He says it’s important to meet with new employees specifically because their experience of the company’s culture is, by definition, whatever the culture is today. “If I ask a tenured employee to describe the Jazz company culture, they may give me an answer formed by something that happened to them three years ago,” he explains. “New employees aren’t reflecting back to the past to define your company’s culture. What they are telling you is what they think the culture is like today.”

The other thing Cozadd does to keep tabs on the Jazz corporate culture is a yearly, all-employee, anonymous survey, which includes questions about culture. The company often gets a 90+ percent participation rate with the survey. Employee comments from last year’s survey consisted of 57 pages. “I read every comment,” Cozadd says. But conducting a survey and reading comments is just the start of the process. “I’m very transparent about reflecting back to the organization as to what I heard and how it compares to previous years,” he attests. Because of employee turnover, Cozadd realizes survey results and comments won’t be a perfect match from year to year. However, he feels it is still a good tool to provide you with key trends. “I think being willing to solicit honest feedback in an anonymous forum is also helpful to staying on top of your company’s culture.”

What’s In A Name
It’s no accident that Cozadd’s company shares its name with a style of music that embraces improvisation but also cohesion. Jazz musicians are mostly known for being great soloists and virtuosos of their instruments. But great jazz musicians must also be able to play well together. That’s the kind of corporate culture the company’s management team wanted from the beginning. “This concept of individual excellence, but playing well with others, is what I was looking for in a management team,” Cozadd says. As for improvisation, he says in the business world that equates to innovation. “One of the challenges of the biopharmaceutical industry is innovating in a highly regulated environment,” he states. “There are things you can play around with, and there are things you can’t â€" just like in jazz music.”

Today, the importance of company culture permeates Jazz from the onboarding process and employees’ performance reviews to recognition and promotions. “During your performance review, don’t tell me how well you did in meeting the objectives of your job, tell me how you met those objectives,” Cozadd says. “Did you run over everybody and leave bodies in your wake? If so, that’s not the culture we want â€" even if you did meet your goals.”

Cozadd believes the key to creating a culture like Jazz’s is to provide an environment of meaningful work where people are doing what they are passionate about in a place they are proud to be a part of. And so far, that philosophy seems to be working out.

Creating The Jazz Culture
According to Cozadd, creating a company culture isn’t a simple exercise of asking the question, “What kind of culture do you want to have?” and then coming up with a list of principles and values. “It’s how you define those values. It’s really about how you want to treat people,” he says. Therefore, the management team had a daylong meeting to talk about values and what culture was going to mean to them. They discussed terms such as collaboration and what that would mean inside the organization and with external entities such as regulators, payors, and patient advocacy groups. They talked about integrity (“If you make a commitment to somebody either inside or outside the organization, you mean it.”) and the importance of transparent communication. Additional meetings were called to discuss how they would recruit people, the specific attributes they were looking for in a candidate, and how they would communicate the company culture throughout the hiring process.

"One of the challenges of the biopharmaceutical industry is innovating in a highly regulated environment."
Bruce Cozadd

Cozadd likes to say to the Jazz talent acquisition group, “It’s not how you treat the top candidate you can’t wait to hire, but how you treat the candidates you don’t think are a good fit, because they are going to go talk to their friends about their Jazz experience.”

Eventually the team identified five core values â€" integrity, collaboration, passion, pursuit of excellence, and innovation. In addition, the group determined it wanted the organization to be not just a great place to work but also one that puts patients first.

Culture First; Products Second
Most companies create their organizational culture well after developing their first product. Cozadd and his cofounders took the opposite approach. In fact, the company did not even have a product or specific R&D program when it was launched in 2003. Sure, Cozadd had some ideas of what the company might want to work on, but his primary focus was to build a team capable of creating a strong corporate culture. That meant choosing partners who were like-minded regarding the value of a corporate culture. And since Cozadd had learned the importance of culture during his time at ALZA Corp. (see sidebar), he reached out to two former colleagues â€" Sam Saks (immediate past CEO of Jazz Pharmaceuticals) and Bob Myers (current president and CEO of Orbus Therapeutics).

The three became the cofounders of Jazz, and then they all quickly reached out to other former ALZA colleagues to join the company’s ranks. Cozadd believes this was important because it gave the team instant credibility. “Being an intact, proven team with collective success, not just a group of individuals with individual successes, gave us the ability to go out and raise capital pretty aggressively.”

Business and Economy / Re: how i made a million dollars

The darkest days of Jazz Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: JAZZ) came in April 2009. “Our stock price was 53 cents a share,” recalls the company’s cofounder, chairman, and CEO, Bruce Cozadd. Having negative equity, $120 million in long-term debt, around $15 million in cash, and being unable to raise capital, Jazz was in serious trouble. “We were in default on our debt, literally talking to bankruptcy attorneys every day,” Cozadd says. The decision facing Jazz leadership in December 2008 had been whether to make the next interest payment to debt holders or to fund an ongoing clinical trial. “We had enough money in the bank to make the payment, but we didn’t think we had enough to make that payment and continue the clinical trial,” shares Cozadd. By not making the debt payment, the company was at risk of being shut down. Nevertheless, the leadership of Jazz decided to use the money toward continuing the clinical trial.

Six years later, with a market cap over $11.3 billion, the stock trading over $180 a share, and Jazz being viewed as one of the hottest Big Pharma targets of acquisition, it is easy to say they made the right decision. “Sure, it’s a great story now. But at the time we didn’t know it would work,” Cozadd admits.

After such an experience, you would expect him to point to cash flow management as being the critical component of the Jazz success story. But instead, it’s the company’s culture that he regards as the linchpin, and surprisingly, that emphasis on a strong corporate culture was in the plans from the company’s genesis.

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in the state of Arizona in the United States. It is contained within and managed by Grand Canyon National Park, the Kaibab National Forest, Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument, the Hualapai Tribal Nation, the Havasupai people and the Navajo Nation. President Theodore Roosevelt was a major proponent of preservation of the Grand Canyon area, and visited it on numerous occasions to hunt and enjoy the scenery.

The Grand Canyon is 277 miles (446 km) long, up to 18 miles (29 km) wide and attains a depth of over a mile (6,093 feet or 1,857 meters).Nearly two billion years of Earth's geological history have been exposed as the Colorado River and its tributaries cut their channels through layer after layer of rock while the Colorado Plateau was uplifted. While the specific geologic processes and timing that formed the Grand Canyon are the subject of debate by geologists,[3] recent evidence suggests that the Colorado River established its course through the canyon at least 17 million years ago.Since that time, the Colorado River continued to erode and form the canyon to its present-day configuration.

Aerial views of The Great Barrier Reef are seen from above in Cairns, Australia. A recent report by marine scientist Charlie Veron claims that the reef will be so degraded by warming seas that it will be gone within 20 years, and that this situation is now irreversible. He goes on to predict that once carbon dioxide levels hit levels predicted between 2030 and 2060, that all reefs will become extinct and their ecosystems would collapse.

The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”
.
’50gms!’….. ’100gms!’ …..’125 gms’ …the students answered.
.
“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the professor, “but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?”…. .
‘Nothing’ …..the students said.
.
‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.
‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student
.
“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!”
….. Ventured another student & all the students laughed
.
“Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” Asked the professor.
‘No’…. Was the answer.
“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?”
.
The students were puzzled.
“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.
“Put the glass down!” said one of the students
.
“Exactly!” said the professor.
Life’s problems are something like this.
.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
.
It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the end of every day before you go to sleep…
.
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!
.
Moral
So, when you start your day today, Remember friend to ‘PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY! ‘
.
