How can I not recognize wapo docs even if we are close to dying na! hahahahaha  I still remember one doctor's name.  He was so cute like one of the ER guys (even if I don't watch ER!).  Tapos, when that doctor when has a short break, he would go to my corner in the ER and chitchat.  I remember I asked that doc if he watches ER or Scrubs. hahahah silly question!

I gained friends - like what Maring da binsi said, real and true friends, the one I can say this early the kind of friends that would be my friends for life.

Nice jud bitaw mag care mga Pinoys oi!  When I was in the hospital for one week mid this year, there were lots of Pinoy nurses.  They were so nice jud as in mura'g gi take care lang ko ug mga kagupa pod but still dili matabang kahadlok nko coz kanunay sila mag draw ug blood sa ako and dili na sila kakuha ug dugo.  The puti doctors were so nice too - young and handsome but goodness, what do you need wapo'ng doctors for na all they did was to poke me here and there!

Maring, sa public channel three weekends ago, diha'y show na gi expose how magicians do their magics.  Pretty amazing!  Basin magikira tong inyong manananggal ah eh mananambal!

When I was in elementary, my Mom brought me to this mananambal (not manananggal ha!) na lalaki whose voice changed to, allegedly, the voice of Sto. Nino who could cure all diseases and prevent one from having bujag-bujag.  When the guy started to have like an epileptic seizure then his voice became that of a small boy.  I tell you, I just couldn't help buy laugh and laugh and my Mom pinched me who know where and I was still laughing.  How ridiculous people believe in that stuff!

Wow!  How cute ni Louie Maring gatulog sa inyong bed!  I just can't co exist with cats especially in my bedroom kay nah manghubag akong nawong sa allergy but I really love our cat Mocha. Maring, Pareng Mike was so cute too!  Yes, nice naay picture now that he is older and still a big lover of pets! 

I think physicians and the rest of the people who chose to be in the medical field are doing something noble.  Yes, they got paid paid well but their job entails saving the lives of people.  I am not saying I want to be a doctor or a nurse or a med tech, but compared to, say an accountant and a doctor.  The accountants job, is obviously to do accounting stuff  while a doctor can be in calamity areas saving lives.  I am a non-practicing accountant and I did not regret being one because even if I had a choice then to be a doctor, I still wouldn't do it.  The medical profession was so daunting on me - having to inject needles on kids' soft skin or to cut somebody else's stomach, or to stitch a wound using stapler.  Now, I got to stop.  It's making me dizzy already. lol


As a caregiver, I have done that I don't have problem with that for as long as it's just a one on one not like in the care home that I visited the other day that only 4 caregivers in more than 50 oldies.

As to the coins, I only knew during New Years, my aunt would sprinkle coins all over the house and would open all doors and windows and turn on all lights, bang and honk all there is to bang and honk, etc.  As to our home, not only that my parents didn't have much coins to sprinkle around the house, dili pod mag dugay ang coins Dong kay pamuniton man dayon ipalit ug ice candy!

One time diay Maring we had an untamed cat name L.O. (Last One).  Gi nurture jud to ni Murage na ma "humanize" aron dli na gakahadlok ug tao and it took him 4 months daw beh, when we went to the pet shop, i saw a cat leash.  Gipapalit nko nah wa namo nabantayi na bitay sya tawon.  We were mourning jud for quite a while and I mourn for my hubby's loss ni Kristy.  Oh well.

We have an old but so sweet, KSP cat!  His name is Mocha.  A 24-year old girl gave that to us.  She said her Mom gave her Mocha when she was 10 when she got straight A grade but she is getting married and cats are not allowed in her apartment.  She really made sure that Mocha got a good home and he does kaso lang I can't have him inside the house because I am so allergic but my hubby made him a very comfy bed in the car port. He is such a big show off!  If he catches a mice, he really made sure that the dead victim can be seen by us.  Then he gets a treat...

Do you mean the puto maya, Precious?  They put ginger in it!  Some people doesn't like ginger like my husband.  (Note:  not Ginger, our TB friend lol!)

Dong, this book is about a young girl who was raped in the ricefield by a mentally-disturbed adult neighbor.  It talks about how the girl was trying to come to terms with her own tragic death, how her loved ones struggled to cope with her death and what is life like in heaven and who she met up there.  It's something like Mitch Albom's Five People You Meet in Heaven pero sa Lovely Bones, graphic ra kaayo mga panghitabo but interesting enough to keep me reading the book kay sometimes funny man pod. I recommend this book to you Dong.
