Hello Sis A!  Busy kaayo ko kay naa pa koy wala napadalhi ug goodies sa akong mga friends dre then I am also preparing for a dinner tomorrow.  Naay mag bisita namo na cousins sa Bay Area and one is celebrating her birthday.  I was going to surprise her with a birthday dinner and I am going to serve them a lechon turkey and more tomorrow night.  I also invited the rest of my family here locally aron ma surprise jud!  My cousins will be staying with us up to Tuesday so medyo daghan asikasohon oi pluz mag clean up pa ko sa spare bedroom for them.  Oh well.  Kani laging langayan sa una pa unta ni gisugdan limpyo unsaon man sige lang ga atubang computer.

I heard later from the one who ordered the cake that his wife helped him cut the cake hahahahha

Bitaw Dong, you are one nice big kiddo every Ate is proud of!  Keep smiling and shining... sounds like a song huh!

Ha?  Garlic bread parisan ug kape, Maring?  Sus, I can conclude na kape addict jud diay ka!  I can't imagine having coffee with garlic bread!

Speaking of garlic bread, so easy to make.  paniti nang garlic.  In a foil, dump in the garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper adn drizzle with olive oil.  Bake in a 350 degrees for say, 45 to an hour or until mushy and soft.  Let cool.  In a food processor, put all the contents in the foil, add a stick or so of butter and pulse just enough to get mixed and mashed up all together.  You can add either parsley or just nothing.  Form in a log, cut a slice when ready to make garlic bread - just spread in a toasted french bread.  Or, for a healthier one, toast a bread drizzle olive oil and rub a fresh garlic unto the crusty bread.  hmmm, my choice?  the first one. yumyum!

Today, I spent time with a lady whose husband died couple of months ago.  We were baking bread and cinnamon rolls.  Then we took a load of cinnamon rolls to our neighbor whose husband is ill (cancer).  The old man was so happy to see the freshly baked and home made cinnamon rolls!  Here's some pictures:

I have been wishing to have at least a million to do so many things.  I will go home and have a facility where elderly people can be treated with their medical condition, or anything to make them feel important.  Our elderly back home still worries about what food to put on the table for their grandchildren.  I think it's about time for them to enjoy life. 

I also like to go to hospitals and randomly pay hospital bills for people who are really having a tough time paying their bills.  I will also have an orphanage where abondoned kids can seek refuge.  Along with the orphanage is a school too for these kids and for those kids who can not afford to go to school and yet are willing to study.  These kids do not have to have the brain of Einstein.  All it takes for them to be in my school is their willingness and interest to learn.

I will for sure have a culinary school and a restaurant and should be top-notch school!  I will have a farm too and grow produce for the culinary school and for the restaurant. 

Can somebody please tell me, Dream on! hahahahah

I was so surprised to get my church bulletin last Sunday because there a news that the Filipino-American community has organized a Simbang Gabi.  This is the first time I heard of this in our community where mostly the parishioners are puti!  Unlike back home that we have our Simbang Gabi at dawn time, ours here would be at 7 p.m. with the exception of few days which is at 4:30 p.m.

I wish there's a recipe where I can process the bottle so it would stay longer just like Kahlua.  I love Bailey's jud with ice or just plain cold!  Or pwede pod mixed in my coffee!
