Nasty, huh? OK, nasty for nasty, here are some international curses that I offer this reprobate:
Nasty, may the fleas of a thousand camels infest your armpits.
Nasty, cursed be your mother’s anus and your father’s testicles.
Nasty, I s*** on the balls of your dead relatives.
Nasty, may you dig up your father by moonlight and make soup of his bones.
Nasty, may your left ear wither and fall into your right pocket.
Nasty, may the curse of Mary Malone and her nine blind illegitimate children chase you so far over the hills of Damnation that the Lord himself can’t find you with a telescope.
Whew! Da, huwasan lagi ko.

quote from mari: "believe lang sad gud ko nila kay bisan asa they always wear their national attire, daw wala jud alimuot nila. you can see their . naa jud character ba despite the globalization"
unlike filipinos who are unsure of their identity, indians know their history and are proud of their identity. this is the reason why we never see filipinos wearing traditional clothes or even modern versions that carry design elements of traditional clothes. but indians today still wear the salvar-kurta (baggy pants and shirt) and sari ( a single piece of long cloth that they wrap around their bodies that make up for the blouse and skirt) that their ancestors have been wearig since time immemorial.

grazie, mdb has gotten in touch and offered to somehow find a way to secure a copy of 500 nations for me. most likely, she will be getting in touch with you sometime on this regard.

ang mga food nga gibaligya sa 2 ka restaurants diin nangaon sila si gloria are just affordable to any ordinary americans. i think it's the wine plus the number of people who was with her contributed to the big bill. since they are all charged with taxes and service charges.

Ug... nakalimot na unta ko but nahinumdom na sad kog balik coz I saw Nang Matie last July 29 didto sa Chicago during our priests' gathering. It's a small world indeed.

Quote from grazie: "This year I wasn't able to attend the powwow event here which is usually held at the premises of Stanford University but previous years I was able to attend. I am so drawn by their culture and I felt like I belong to a family here of Native American Indians - The Navajo. When I went to New Mexico, I was able to immerse myself, though for just less than a week days, to the culture of the Navajo. They are very, very deep people. I think all Native Americans are. Peace loving and very hardworking people. And very proud of their heritage."
just a couple trivias about the navajo that i'd like to share: (1) the navajos, being one of the pueblo indian tribes that live in the deserts of the american southwest are dependent on agriculture for subsistence whose sacred crops include corn, beans and squash. as an agriculture-dependent community that is located in an arid region, most of their religious ceremonies revolve around asking the gods for rain and good harvest. as such, they are the peoples that mostly perform the "rain dance"; (2) one of the more popular american indian chiefs - Geronimo - was a navajo; (3) as asians, from whom the native american indian descended, we are their relatives.

Quote from grazie: "hala naa pa nako ang 500 nations ha!"
can you tell me more about this 500 nations video and how i can access it?
i am an interested student of tribal culture and arts and learning more about native americans will certainly add to the information that i have of american tribes which i have gained from the films that i have watched and the books that i have read. i found the book "bury my heart at wounded knee" to be a very interesting read.

A month ago, i walk pass Belderol street and saw a restaurant under construction, just to know its an Indian Restaurant, its like an answered prayer for us spicy food lover. Now, its like our second kitchen. The food is really good and affordable too. The Indian Curry House specializes in Indian Cuisine but they also serve Filipino dishes. Its a walking distance from Marcela.
