Isles, mo inom na ka'g Omega 3,6 Fatty Acids? They sell them on the pharmacy, you should take them twice a day. One after breakfast, and one after dinner. The Omega 3,6 Fatty Acid is now proven for its Cardiovascular Protective Ability.

It will raise your HDL (high density lipoporitein) and can help reduce the LDL (low density lipoprotein); LDL are what we call the bad cholesterol and HDL is the good cholesterol.

Okey ra man mo kaon og isda, just watch your cholesterol levels. Mo take na kag' statin or niacin drugs, Isles? If di pa, ask your MD about Atorvastatin, and Niacine. Maka lower na sa imong LDL and can raise HDL and also lower Triglycerides.

Pero og gusto ka mo lower imong TRIGS, green leafy vegetables can do it, too.

“And in nothing be ye terrified by the adversaries: which to them is a cause of perdition, but to you of salvation, and this from God. “

Philippians 1.28

When somebody attacks you, no matter how strong and powerful - do not be dismayed/terrified/. You are a child of God, and God is your Father. If earthly fathers protect their children no matter what then much more our heavenly Father will protect those who belong to Him!

If you earthly father would be somebody important and powerful â€" let’s say Governor of the State, would you be afraid of many people? Rather not. So now behold â€" God Almighty, Creator of Universe, Lord of Lords and King of Kings is your Father! His power (also to protect you) is limitless, his angels can’t be counted, and he sees all and knows the future.

Nothing will surprise Him (not like you), nothing is hidden from Him. If He is with you who can be against you?  He is here to save you every day, He didn’t give you only eternal life in a future but also every day help in all your problems.

There is no powerful enough person to stand against Him; nor human neither devil’s force  can defeat Him. No one can defeat YOU, when He is on your side! So do not be terrified or dismayed ever again by other people! Reject all the fear, remember - this is a decision you have to make!

“Amen I say to you that whosoever shall say to this mountain, Be thou removed and be cast into the sea, and shall not stagger in his heart, but be believe that whatsoever he saith shall be done; it shall be done unto him."

Mark 11: 23

Jesus said “in truth I tell you”. Isn’t it a fact that Jesus (God) is saying only the truth and always the truth? It is! So why he said “in truth”? To stress importance of this statement! To draw your attention and say: behold what I’m saying! To tell you that you must believe in what He says right now.

Another question - why did He use a mountain as an example? To lay emphasis that nothing is impossible! Completely nothing! Even things which are naturally impossible (moving a mountain would be definitely one of them) are possible for God!

Jesus is saying to you that there are no limits in what you can receive from God when you believe Him in your heart; when you believe without a doubt. Everything is possible. Anything you desire. So get rid of your doubts ones and for all; start believing God today.

Whatever is your need, you can have it all. Whatever is your problem it can be removed out of your way, forever. All is possible. All possible by a single act of faith with no doubt attached to it! Remember faith with no doubt!

God is not holding things from you; He is keeping them for you so you can have them when you will need them. Do not hesitate, believe and receive! Believe and receive are very important words. If you believe that you have received when you pray, you will get it. If you have doubts when you pray (will God give it to me?), you will get nothing. And remember Jesus told us to pray that way. You have only one choice today â€" to be obedient and trust Him with no doubts.

aron ka makatagamtam sa kalami sa kalamay bisag di ka pakitam-is, eat kalamay this way:

1.  use an ordinary tablespoon to scoop out kalamay from its coconut shell container.  note that an ordinary tablespoon is necessary.  avoid using a ladle, much less a bugsay, kay kining duha di man gyod tawon maarang sa imong alingagngag.  lisod pod gamiton ang measuring tablespoon kay daghang maangin sa hugpong nga measurements, lisod gihapon ihungit.

2. use a demitasse spoon to scoop out balingsya ginamos from its bottle container.  a demitasse spoon is just right, considering that balingsya ginamos is way, way better than the best of russian caviars.

3. introduce the tablespoon of jagna/albur kalamay and the demitasse spoon of balingsya ginamos to each other.  make sure to point out that they both come from the same province.

4. put the ginamos on top of the calamay.  eat slowly in small bits.  don't gobble the whole mixture in one go, or "it happens" at your own peril.

5. see?  you have the best of both worlds in one sitting and still retain your principle of di pakitam-is in this aperitif.

for better results, your main course should be a manok nga bayut sa tagbilaran.  dessert is camote from pangangan, courtesy of raqz.  ang ubi sa dauis mahimong pingpong ball if you care to play after your meal.  ;D

hahahahaha! oh isles, what a creative mind you have, dear. ;D

Ug didto akong nasulta nga out of 10 person nga nakatilaw 9 ang miingon nga lami ang KALAMAY ALBUR.

taga jagna ayaw kasuko ha, taga jagna baja ko.  akong panghinaot ato ma improve atong producto aron dili kita mapuwalan.

Albur's Calamay was delicious, but it was very dry, and the consistency was lacking. It is definitely worth the drive to buy the Calamay from Jagna.

I cannot help but think how attractive you are, oh patient of mine
But alas, I cannot cross that thin red line
For you see , I am governed by a contract sworn in faith

The Good Wife, The Good Mother

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.

Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.

She brings him good, not harm all the days of her life.

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness.

Her children arise and call her blessed;her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
