Just imagine pohon in a bigger EB sa Michigan!  Pero na jud dagway pwede ug 1-day love affair nang atong Michigan!  Kinahanglan more than just one day kay basin ba mag hang over the next day, at least pwede pa magpa lay-at the day after!  I really look forward for that EB and I hope with all hopes na maka attend ko!

Dong, you suggested to start with 20-25 lb barbells or dumbbells - Naku po, Dodong!!!  I can hardly carry 5 pounds much more 20 pounds!  That's why smiffy calls me "You are so bajot, Ate Ging!"  hahahahaha I have 2 4-lb dumbbells but I still have to look for those stinkers!  When I do the bike, I do jabbing and if I find those dumbbells, I will use them!

Bonite of Panglao, Bohol and Gloria Lagria Bonite of Lila, Bohol has been granted half-scholarship for a  Masteral Degree in Business Administration and Management by the International Graduate University (IGU), Washington D.C.

Ethel completed her elementary and high school education from St. Mary?s School, Mandumol, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City where the family stayed for more than 20 years before finally deciding to settle in their home province of Bohol. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from the Dominican College in San Juan, Metro Manila.

On board Korean Airways flight 0085 on December 27, 2007 Ethel was admitted into the United States through the John F. Kennedy airport in New York. She was fetched by her uncle Ruel and aunt Lorna Caroz who are based in New York. During her brief stay in New York City, Betty Veloso-Garcia, the TBTK Chairperson, and husband Bebs, welcomed and assisted her.

Ethel left New York for Washington D.C. with her uncle and aunt on January 2, 2008. They were ushered into the capital city of the United States by no less than Engr. Serge Doverte, the President of the Boholano Organization of Greater Washington DC or BOGWAS.

She reported to IGU on the January 3, 2008 and immediately attended classes on the same day.

One of the former singers of The Philippine Madrigal Singers and now one of the composers, Father Arnold Zamora is a cousin but not in the Pitoy side though.  He's also from Taloto.  Oh, I had a great time when we were watching The Phil Madrigal Singers in Rocklin, California.  Nag punsisok mga Pinoy oi nice kaayo tan awon mura'g dako'ng reunion.  Not just Pinoy but the Kano and other races.  Diha gani mi sa among likod na mga Germans. From Vallejo, Belle, Ann (Bell's good friend) and I proceeded to Sacramento.  We first went to smiffytheninja's house (my cousin). We had a simple dinner of rice, pried pampano, steamed broccoli leaves and bam-i.  We were chatting about life most the time we were there...  It was so nice...

Hello, TB Family!  Lumine sent me a text requesting me to post a message here to ask for your help to pray for Baby Matt's recovery.  He was admitted in the hospital for Asthma attack over the weekend and later it developed to pneumonia.  I also ask for your payers for my nephew's speedy recovery, please!  Thank you guys!

Ms. Bambi, danke schoen!  Bibo na gani mi wa ka didto, unsa na lang kaha naa ka pa! and the other TB friends!  Gemma told me she really enjoyed your company!  I can't wait to have EB with you here mid this year!

Hello Kyle!!!  Are you home yet?  I miss you guys!

Hello TB Family!  Maring Belle aka ms da binsi and I had a wonderful day today!  Thank you very much for your wishes for us to have just what we had today!

I took a greyhound bus from Sacramento to Vallejo and Belle and her very nice friend Gera picked me up.  We then went to a Pinoy restaurant that sells authentic Pinoy food and we bought breakfast.  We proceeded to go to Belle's friends' house and ate our breakfast of garlic rice, buwad, carne norte, tapa, eggs and hotdog.  And extra treat of bowl of misua was not eaten anymore.

After breakfast, we took a ferry to go to San Francisco.  We were still buying the tickets when we were told that the ferry was about to leave.  We ran like crazy!  The gate was starting to close but we managed to get in before it finally closed on us!  We were laughing so hard because we felt like kids all over again!   We were so happy to take the ferry - my first ferry ride in this country!  Here are some pictures:

This picture of Belle was taken while she was talking to Sis A a.k.a. Asianfairy!  Yes, she extended the greetings from this thread and most especially the greetings from Hazel!  Thanks a lot, Sis A for calling and be with us in our happy moments!

When we embarked the ferry in San Francisco, another guy offered to take a picture of Bella and me!


I am so tired already from a very long day.  I hope you don't mind.  I will tell you more stories tomorrow and more pictures of our lakwatsa at the Fisherman's Wharf (Pier 23, 27 and 39, as requested by ms Ethyl! ), the Golden Gate, the Jollibee and of course Bella's EB with Smiffy and my Aunt and later with my husband, Murage!

I am so sorry for your loss.  I actually don't know what to say.  When Lumine had a miscarriage, she and her husband were so devastated.  I hope and pray that Johde is not hurting from the procedure and that she's not emotionally devastated by this loss.  We always say that God has reasons for things that are happening in our lives...  My prayers for Johde for her speedy recovery.  God bless you and your family, Macks!
