In our great grand aunties' case, ga help man gud sila sa akong great grandma kay daghan man to sya'g ana dayon my grandfather had 11 children so busy jud ilang career.  Ug kabalo naman ka ug teacher didto (one of the two great grand aunties was a teacher) mura ba maka ward off sa mga boys.  But mao na jud siguro to naka guhit sa ilang palad.  Basta I can tell na they were so loved.  That brings back what I had in my mind na di jud ko matiguwang ani na nasud kay nah ibilin lang gajud kita sa care homes.  Naa koy friends dre na ilang mother gibutang sa care home even if she isn't that old yet.  They are nice people but for them it's a big inconvenience to take care of their mother.  When we were growing up, there was just one mother to take care of all of us kids and now tiguwang na atong inahan unya daghan tang mga anak di na ta ka take care?  Mao jud na ang lahi ra jud pod dre compared sa atong nasud.

Mao lagi Beth but sometimes there's no price for fun hehehehe  I had a big bag of frozen peas akong gibutang sa ahong pas sa tuhod.  It's getting better except for the pamauol ilabi na sa arms. 

Manong Lin, akong Lolo kay diha sya'y duha ka mangkay na auntie so bale amo na tong great grand aunties!  Dili man kaayo sila luoy tan awon kay daghan man sila'g mga pag umangkon and then elementary up to high school or up until namatay sila, we took care of them.  as always the case in our bayan na the poorest family got to take care of our elderly kay ang mga richie2x dili man jud mo lingi ug naa nay alimahunon bisan na lang gani unta mohatag financial support.  Anyway, in our case, it wasn't hard to take care of them kay they were so loving people and they helped us when we were growing up kon wa nami bugas malung-ag.

Korek!  Adtong Saturday we went skiing.  that was my first time.  Grabeh akong mga pasa kay na balintong lagi ko pag dahunong na but I still want to go back and maybe learn properly from the pro dili lang pataka sikad adtong skii!

Really, Mari?  I didn't know that!  I thought Thailand is as "modern" as the Philippines.  Did you hear about that Indian lady who was about to get married then her would-be groom's family keep on asking for something so she cancelled the wedding and put an end to that kind of tradition.  She became famous especially to the feminists for standing up to her right as a woman not just to follow tradition that they thought was outrageous!

My three cousins from the Bay area and I went skiing yesterday at Boreal Skii Resort in Reno, Nevada. It was my first time to dare put those stinkers of skii stuff.  It was a lot of fun!  I wasn't wearing proper attire because I never thought we would actually go skiing I thought we were just going for picture-taking and neither would I want to rent attires worn by other people, but it was fun nonetheless!   I stumbled and fell, bruised my knees and yet I had so much fun!  We didn't leave the resort until past 6 p.m.!

Macks, I felt such poignant emotion on how you correlated two different scenario of the kids in the orphanage and your child who was just left for one night without your wife's loving presence.  Tama jud, these kids shouldn't endure these kind of emotional trauma but unsaon man facts of life man jud tawon ni. Busa bitaw I was so grateful and proud to say the least that our TB Family decided to touch the lives of these orphaned kids by visiting them and spending time with them, thus making them feel important.

anyway our 1-d-1-8 "thing" is what we call our dinner here, usually in between 1 pm to 6 pm...

but that doesnt mean that we are starving ourselves cuz we are having some slight meals like fruits and yogurts (for me)...

I always have something in the morning a little meal like half a bagel or just a roll with coffee if not just a mug of hot choco.

then the rest mga carrots and celery and my yogurts if i want to...

O before i forget, i got two boxes of goodies from Tiya which im considering our desert everytime after our big meals...

everything in our fridge is now the  "diet" (no sugar) stuff and low fat  (which my banana's doctor recommended)

See, nakita jud nimo Maring akong stationary bike na karaan infront of the tv noh! hehehehe  About the goodies, the Mango Square isn't really that bad compared to the Butterscotsch kay lesser in sugar and butter.  sige lang gud, 1 serving a day, I don't think that can do bad. hehehehe

Hey Dong, I meant to ask you, did you come across a study na gaining weight can be a viral infection?  Hahahahah I really want to blame my katambukan to the virus and not to my eating dysfunction!  I had my hair trimmed and I was browsing the Oprah magazine.  There was an article there about an Indian doctor finding the link of obesity to the avian virus.  If I remembered it right, his study was about viralobesity.  I was wondering if I am infected by this virus!
