I found another poop stain on my SUV this afternoon. I'm seriously beginning to think about getting a bb-gun and go pigeon-hunting.

Good news. Para daghan na Filipinos mo-occupy sa planet.
Amen!
I personally do not see any problem with overpopulation.
One thing is evident, our country has raw man power. So as that we will not be easily bullied by foreign powers. Sure we may not be as advanced as other countries, but in a war, the enemy will fail in the Philippines.
Our shear size, and man power will bring us victory through attrition war.
Philippines needs breathing space.

OMG! you droved down there? i love KINGS too!
Yes, we did! That was three seasons ago. That should have been the deciding game of the Kings if they could get to the playoff but they lose to the Warriors! Smiffy cried when Peja was traded off. She was always in the Basketball camps spearheaded by Peja and Divac. Basta, avid fan na sya!

From left to right-front: Mommy, Lumine, Icel and Daddy. Second row: Terter (our youngest), Nanay Elena (paternal grandmother), yours truly and Liling. Ang wala ani sa mga igsoon si Hapon, Manang Meye ug Maricar. This was taken in 2001. Nanay Elena died in 2004, I think.

I've read somewhere that Ms Glen aka Gemma was looking for another Cod Recipe. Ms Glen, Cod Fish Cakes is a traditional meal in Norway. This recipe is for you and the rest of our Tb friends.
1 lb of cod fillets
2 medium-sized potatoes
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Grape seed oil, or other high smoke point oil such as canola oil, for frying
1. Boil and mash the potatoes, set them aside.
2. Boil the codfish until it flakes easkly. Drain and flake the fish with a fork. Be sure to remove all bones.
3. Mix the flaked fish, the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients together well by hand. If the mixture is too crumbly, add another egg. If too sticky, add some more bread crumbs.
4. Form the mixture into cakes and fry them on medium high heat in a skillet coated with oil.
Makes 12 fish cakes. Serves 4-6.
