Omaha...It was getting darker and we were getting tired  but we drove some more just to go outside Lincoln and find a place to stay for the night...

And we found this small motel owned by a Thailander, nga amo tawon gi toktok ijang opisina in the middle of the night, tawon ang Thai nag pajama ning abri namo, lami kaajo kodakan pero wa nalang kay makasab-an jud ko ni banana for sure.

Dodong i had been an optimist person since i can remember pero these kind of people maka hugaw sa kalibutan, I cant just say nga leave them alone, they are the specks of the beautiful things in the world. Just soooo beautiful!

       This is how i spent my spare time when Mike is not playing. Folks i really hated to crop the flowers because i want all of you to see the real beauty of nature. I never have thought that even in the desert, springtime is fabulous. It is just so GORGEOUS! I never had so much photos on the city for i had been there all my American life. Maybe Mikey could show you images of the city one day. ( I love the natureeal side of the world...)
       Ill show you some of my hiking in that Red Canyon sometime when i get more energy. I actually climbed up but not on the top. As you can see the canyon behind me looked very small but actually it is real huge when you get closer to it. Many people hiked over there, some families spent their bbq weekend under the kiosk at the foothill...More next.

Hi all, yeeeehaah! Im here by the pool area and it feels like im in the Phils. I met most of our Filipino players, funny kay mo ingon gani kumusta ka, naa jud mo lingi nga pinoy! In other words, nag baha ang mga pinoy diri. Maria Dear wa pa nako matawagi imong amiga kay wa ko kabalo sa name hahaha! give the name to Tiya and she'll call me when she get it.

I miss all of you, I'm having fun so far bisan walay internet, I cant find no time going to be online kay we are always in ACTION! Mike is doing good in his tournament so far. He is earning some money but he was not so interested with it kay he would prefer to receive a TROPHY than few grand bucks! hahaha ang treasurer ang nalingaw! Anyhow. Ill catch up with all of you soon. Ug di na kaayo busy ill stay in the area where i could be online for a longer period.

Thank you Bayat, Louie will be staying home with Mike's son's visitation every now and then, Teebee has been moved to our new place for several weeks now. He is well off there with Mike's  people who are always around. But he'll be coming back home as soon as i am no longer busy. Louie is a very private cat Bayat that's why we dont move him anywhere. Just like year he has sitter who visits him from time to time. I terribly will miss him Bayat kay kami ra gud permi mag tikaw-tikaw diri sa balay and guess what? He really know what's going on kay nag sigi jud na sha ug sunod2x nako the whole day.        It would take us 30 hours to drive instead of just 6 hours of flying. We have to sleep twice on the road without Louie . Im missing him already. Mike asked me if we could bring Louie with us! hahaha but Louie does not like to ride a car, the engine drives him crazy, poor banana, he is missing Louie too. Now they both are on bed while I am trying to start my chronicle.
       My banana doesnt want to fly, otherwise we could've been in and out in our homeland for the Billiard World Championship. Too bad. I cant blame him for he is a height phobic, (that's why we never went home yet.)
       Anyhow, we will start tomorrow at 8 in the morning, so expect some photos folks. I know for sure it would be exciting despite the long hours sitting in the car. I dont really mind as long as we will both arrived safe.
       These (maps) will be our route and Jeeeez it will take us to pass through seven (7) states! Hopefully we will be there on Thursday,  the day when 5 others of his team  will arrive, by plane. What a lucky team mates, have all expenses paid by the chronicler!

You know last summer, I was driving by down route 322 down Black Horse Pike and there was a column of ducks crossing the street. There was a mama duck, and 6 or so baby ducks and the papa duck was behind the line. Intawn, there was a big truck that was driving so fast--and ran over the center of the line!!
The truck killed the baby ducklings except for one or two; the papa duck was also killed as he did not leave the ducklings at all.

I remember I stopped my car and walked to the center of the street to ask the drivers to let the mama duck and her surviving 2 ducklings cross the road.

Aguy, Ate Belle, ang Mama duck..nang hilak intawn. She went to the bodies of her baby ducklings and did not leave them.

She was crying intawn, squawking at me and she covered the babies' bodies with her wings. She even went to the body of her mate, the papa duck. She stayed with the babies and did not leave. So i left her there with them.

When I drove back the same way several hours later, I found that the mama duck and her other ducklings were also killed by oncoming drivers.

The mama duck did not leave the bodies of her babies, uy. I cried baya when I passed their bodies.


The love of a mother to her babies is paramount jud. Imagine, that mama duck was probably sitting on top of her babies when they were still but little eggs. Keeping them warm until they finally hatched and called out to their mommy. Intawn gi ligsan ra sila.
