oatment/cereal sa breakfast..
eat lang ko rice sa udto with fish or lean meat,
dn veggies sa hapon without the rice pud..
dn plenty of waters the whole day..
and i do exercise 30mins a day...pasingot jud ba..
i used to have 29 waistline and now im 27 nalang and still going slimmer...
takes a lot of patience and sacrifice....lolz...
