there is just too much power in the hands of PBMs and insurance companies,

it's even gotten to a point where they have their own mandated treatment plan,

and if the doctor writes a prescription that doesn't 'fit' into that particular 'regimen',

then either the med doesn't get approved, or the doctor has to call the insurance company,

and 'justify' his 'actions', which is really ridiculous, and a process that takes days,

Just today, I felt so sad when I had to refuse a regular patient's request for a certain medication. She doesn't have prescription coverage, and she gets her meds from Canada because they're much cheaper there. It's a long story, but I had to say no to her, there was a pause on the other line, and I know how disappointed she was. I did give her an option though, and I hope she gets the med she needs.

Mr Brownman, with regards to the Vizconde case, I don't recall there being strong physical evidence. The whole case was based on the words of one person, kadtong star witness nila, her name was Jessica something.

Pareha pud sa Chiong case, the prosecution's case was largely dependent on the words of the star witness. I forgot his name, pero murag taga Bohol raba to siya.

And there was no mention, whatsoever, of any DNA evidence in both cases.
