am practicing my lecture on Values Redirection which is part of the Reintegration Program of the Philippine Embassy here in Saudi Arabia and for OFWs around the world.

Starting this coming Friday, I would be conducting a series of seminar workshop on Reintegration of which the opening topic is on values orientation.... the core of all attitude building...

attitude is a small thing that makes a BIG difference....however, we can empower ourselves to make that change in attitude....but one has to go through the process first of self-awareness ( self-responsibility and observing consciousness ) acceptance of truth, connectivity thru love and building commitment...

that's correct macky...one could not judge by how we look or present... but there is more in inner and deeper substance....

one needs to be humble first before he could give a "real and hearty" help...

with the power of communications and the drive to be resourceful could overcome being naive / naivete... it isn't stupidity...

however, it is more prudent and noble to be a recipient of hurting than to hurt others...

yes, these are realities in life that we cannot evade.. bcoz dili pare-pareha ang tawo...the best we can do is to pray nga lamdagan unta ang ilang mga hunahuna o disposition... kay sige pud ta ug panaway...

korek ka djan, it is our faith that heals which comes from what the mind and heart speaks,  it is our strong conviction and determination that shapes our destiny, it is our power of persuasion and communication skills that would bring the state of peace.... and more..

yes, it had made impact among white or American students who discriminate asians or non-whites...and now they tend to be cautious, think twice before inflicting racial remarks or whatever...

there are misconceptions about being gay.... for us if a man kissed each other medyo taboo but here in saudi it is normal... and since they are deprived of women and there is no courtship, sexual relationship with felow straight men is normal...a way to relieve? for us.. when a man admire another man, there is something wrong...but here it develops into narcissism... loving ones physique and beauty...  so ang concept sa bading dili pareho pareho....

arab men like Filipinos bisan dili gay because we are known for being malinis, clean... they admire men nga maputi unya wala balahibo... ( we are not talking with gays... straight ha? )

since, ang prostitution bisan asa ( sa ato man gani daghang callboy ) dinhi sa Saudi bisan dili gay mopatol nalang sa Saudi kay duna pay kwarta, good looking pa and gifted pa....

hence, we cannot make a general view of homosexuality.... others who are effiminate are judged for being gay... but I know a lot of married men even grand daddies who are gays... how could we reconcile this?

there is a technicality of the verdict... coz if he won't be convicted then her admiinistration is illegitimate....and this could only be legitimize through it... for if he is guilty then other cohorts should also be convicted... there should be full cleansing....

yes, I believe in re-incarnation....though I have not encountered yet...I have that feeling that when a person left in this world with unfinished agenda, and when his/her spirit at the time it detached from his/her body travels and accidentally met a human soul of almost perfect resemblance of the past, then enters the body and become an instrument to continue.. ( if given God's blessings )....

when we are convinced that one day what we believe and aspire will come to reality and we work each day with every opportunity to reach that goal, then you are not capricious....

when a person gets what he wanted, the satisfaction level deteriorates...that would lead to wastage... through "get what you want and want what you get" this would motivate us to keep the same level of satisfaction or even enhance it for maximum usability....

It takes courage, confidence to express what's in us... but one must know himself/herself first of his true value towards the issue and the impact of his views...hence, we encourage all TB members and those who remain as TB viewers to be candid as we don't intend to offend anyone but rather aspire to derive positive results out of this forum...

touching other's lives and or being touched by someone (not physical) in the innermost core of your being means there is an unconscious part of our lives that remain unresolved....hence, we react in different ways....

each one of us has a mission in life... but we could never accomplish it alone...we need people... like you in TB who have that wisdom... and determination to make a presence in other's lives....

if we are committed to transform into a different world, a different person of what we were in the past...because of a need to be a better person... then we have to discover more of ourselves... to be able to practice that self-empowerment....which lead to self-actualization... happiness.

yes i perfectly got the message, hence, i just want to emphasize that brightness and darkness have both their roles ... a means of comparison that one cannot be either if without ...

on the first place why services are being outsourced because of cheap labor from providers as compared to their local industry rate...though we tend to abide with their requirements ( we cannot choose but comply, we have less bargaining power )... but the bottomline, outsourcing has positive effects to our economy.

Let us be proactive and not to resort to vote buying at the last minute....  are we limited with our choices? why can't we deliver results?  we must tower above prevailing constraints...
