Oh, that is so sweet, Bem!  You know what, reading your post, it reminded me when I was in college studying in Davao.  At that time our youngest sister Terter was still a baby.  Whenever I am home, I love to hug her always and used to carry her in my side hip.  When it was time to go back to Davao, I would cry because I started missing my youngest sister.  I travel to Jagna enroute with tears rolling down my cheeks.  Mingaw jud kaayo.  Now, she is already a big woman with bf na!  I will always remember her as my baby sister!

Ang problema kay old and sickly na si Mayor Duterte but his lawyer daughter Sara who is the current Vice Mayor is as good as Mayor himself, if not more strict than Mayor Duterte. 

Bem, Mayor Duterte started as a Mayor in Davao City in 1989 and three consecutive terms later.  He ran for congress and won again and came back to run his fourth term in Davao in 2001 and ran again in 2004 and 2007.

Tubag Bohol is the mirror where I don't get to see just myself but Bohol and the people around the world.  Each time I see the mirror, I see happy face of the world represented with Bol-anons.  I got reconnected with my dear Bohol through Tubag Bohol.  It made me feel like Bohol is just a log in away.  Thank you, Tubag Bohol Family for the company and for the friendship!  May God bless Tubag Bohol some more!

Sadly, I never knew my Lolo since he died when I was very young age and blessed my Lola's soul she was my angel.

This picture makes me emotional kay maka remember ko sa akong maternal grandparents.  We were still in elementary when they died.  They were very simple and kind grandparents!

Bem, I know pwede mag snorkeling sa Panglao and I am pretty sure naa pod isda didto.  When we brought friends from Rotary Club from Cagayan de Oro, we went to Balicasag Island, diha man daghan fish gapang ambak2x.  Diha pa gani whales or dolphins ba to the amazement sa among mga guests ug syempre kami pod!

But whenever lolo came back, he always came back with isda, daghaaaaang isda jud! he would bring back some baby sharks, nokos, and all kinds of isda. i would rush to him and hug him and he would ask, "ning huwat diay ka nako, doy?". and i would respond, "oo gud! gusto man ko mo adto pero ingoon man ka dili puydi!"

hahahaha!

and my lolo would carry me with one arm while he carried his fishes with the other.
He used to make the BEST kinilaw in the world! and the sabaw he would make, was uncomparable to anyone's. Lolo made the best jud.

I MISS those days. I miss waiting for him to come back, and seeing his smiling face as he landed on shore.

Dong oi, you are sharing some good memories here but it's making me cry!  Nice kaayo imong experience with your Lolo Ciano.  I also had wonderful grandfathers!

That is so nice oi ga doubt diay ka before ning ingon sa imo si Oto san na "what a nice work you've done"?  That is something na I wish I can make one but I didn't want to start so wa jud chance!

Ang ig-agaw ni Mommy naka uban na pod ko mag "tanda" sa bungsod, Aya san!  Lingaw noh mura'g balay unya ila'ng i trap ang mga isda.  One time diha koy friend from Hungary gidala nko sa Bohol.  Naay cousin si Mommy na naay panagatan kana bitaw ihulog nila basket in the middle of the sea dayon tandaon lang?  Nanabok mi adto sa Punta Cruz unya pag agi namo adtong basket-type na panagayan kay diha may lapu-lapu so among gikuha gi ihaw.  Pirte hilak sa akong amiga.  Iyang gi ingnan si Daddy na, "Daddy, you are so cruel to the fish!"  Ning buhakhak lang akong amahan tawon!

ah so tama sa Catalunan Grande to sya nag kapitan.  Diha man pod akong sister.  Asa diay ka didto sa Davao sa una, Gelyan?  Ako kay sa Matina  sa Alpha Homes.

Pareho ta Aya san.  Sa buntag maag tagbo mi sa among uncles na dagat kay naa man ko duha ka uncles na igsoon ni mother.  Bolinaw, mansi or tulakhang ilang kuha.  Sa afternoon na pod, sa cousin na pod ni mommy unya salimbagon na to ilang kuha. 

One time I went fishing with my mom's brothers but I wasn't allowed to go with them anymore kay banhaan ko mao daw wala sila kuha.
