tried to understand what you've posted, chewychoco,
but i hope people will not generalize.

it was an isolated case.

what the suspect did (if she will be proven guilty)
does not imply that everyone who hails from Tacloban
are also like her.

that is why some of the posters was being warned
in the previous threads because some personally
attacked the posters who are waray or shows
support to the suspect.

if we have to dig the past, there are also many
murderers who are either tagalog, bisaya, waray,
ilokano and others.

right?
#111
ihate where are you?
don't leave me here. hehehe okems. will eat my lunch na. be back later
#112
hehehehe, i thought idoy you are referring to me. its chewychoco pala.
#113
i guess one of the initial reaction of an innocent person
if being named as one of the suspect will be ANGER.
then one wants to clear his or her name right away.

but sometimes, an innocent one will have second thoughts
of clearing one's name right away in fear of the actual
interrogation.

we now know that depending on how they are interrogated,
actual innocence may put innocent people at risk.

that is why some prefers to have a lawyer even if
they are 101% innocent.

so i cannot blame those (whose names are dragged
by the suspect) not to show up until now.

hmmm---just sharing something
#114
hahaha
i think you are a detective, ihate.
you were able to figure out that
idoy, terada and nookie are friends
#115
peeps---
let us share what we knew without attacking
anybody---
if you know about something, share it here.
then if one thinks that its not true, then share sad.
#116
welcome back, chillax!
#117
sorry, got carried away!
am not supposed to use capital letters, right?
but i just want to highlight the words
so that my main message will be carried out!

peace to all.
its just what i think about this
new issues being brought up

first, somebody was harrassing the family---
then, this lesbian-lesbian thing came up---
then, this flirty flirty thing followed---
and since nobody believed everything
that the other party created,
they made up stories again about this
bribery stuff!

if its true (kana kung tnuod jud ha?)
why? don't the family of the victim has the right
to make sure that JUSTICE will really be served?
---of course, they have the right!
alkansi na gani sila ani nga situation unya
ing anaun pa sila?

if the victim's family wanted nga madiin jud si JONELLE
sa jail, why then did the father forgave her?

the family of the victim just wanted JUSTICE.

they just wanted nga kung kinsa dapat ma priso, ma priso
jud! - - - bisan kinsa pa na basta kay GUILTY lang!

huummpphhh!

---do i sound mad?

why not tell that to SPO1 Quiachon yourself?
why do you seem mad?

Health and Food / Do You Wanna Lose 10lbs in 10 Days?
February 24, 2009, 03:20:38 PM
Heard about the Master Cleanser?

The Master Cleanse, also known as the Lemon Cleanse and the Maple Syrup Diet, is a dieting program created by Stanley Burroughs in 1941 and made popular by Peter Glickman through his book Lose Weight, Have More Energy and Be Happier in 10 Days, which promotes Burroughs' regimen to a modern audience. [1] Burroughs states that it is a detoxification program that aids in the removal of harmful toxins from within the body, as well as a reducing diet for loss of weight,[2] and a cure for ulcers[2] and "every kind of disease,"[2] resulting in "the correction of all disorders."[2] For promoting a regimen which included the master cleanse, the creator of the diet was convicted of unlawfully selling devices he claimed could cure cancer, and practicing medicine without a license

hahahaha! amew oi!
if i had a violent reaction when you first described what happened during the
first arraignment, how much more if i were physically present that time!

in the movies and some news where a suspect was shown,
the bowing of heads and the innocent look was always portrayed by
the suspect.
but with her, its a different story!

deceiption was so evident
it becomes her true self!
#138
aaah, i thought you were out already, ihate.

so, this friday arraignment is not yet final, then?

so, when will it be?

really wanna witness the said arraignment.
and i wanna see the suspect personally.
and i wanna see her lawyer, too.
the lawyer seems cool and hip (i saw him in

"tangkal" - - hahaha! you are so funny, ihate!
had fun reading your message.
my psychologist cousin said that the action
of the suspect - - as if she was not affected
and everything was just a facade.
she was just pretending - -
making sure that she will not give in with her
emotions lest people will see how guilty she was
and will always be, for the rest of her life.

#140
hey! where are you guys and dolls?
am i the only one here?

the poem has life!
it gives me an eerie feeling!
as if she felt something that perturbed
her and she put it into writing
and now, as i read it, as if she
wrote her future
and her soon-to-be predicament.
the hissing snake - - -
life being cursed - - -

almost every line is a sign of what will happen to her.
like deja vu.

geez... i felt something eerie inside of me.
#142
no matter how one leads his or her life as long as it is not illegal or doesn't violate any rights of others, he or she doesn't deserve to be murdered! killed! stabbed to death!

if its true that the victim was a flirt (if its true) - - why? aren't we?

and if it is indeed true, is that reason enough to be murdered?

the suspect, though she still have the right to be respected because
she is not yet proven to be guilty, shouldn't act proud and arrogant because
it makes us judge her right away of her being guilty.

sometimes, its her actions that drove us to judge her.

#143
good morning!
ihate! fbi! 2gud4u! and all posters!

hehehehe!
charter day in cebu!
am not supposed to work because
the company will only give us 30% additional
but i prefered to come - - to accomplish pending works
and at the same time, check updates of this forum!

#144
if its true that the reason why the suspect killed the victim was envy and greed,
then she should have been contented with what she have.

even if the suspect has everything, but still not contented, she will never be happy!

now, she killed her friend.  did she get what the victim used to have?

wwwhhhhaaaaa- - its already 1 pm, ihate! i have to go again.

my boss will be here anytime soon.
good if he will just give me a memo
but what if i will be suspended?
hmmm. its okay. will go to an internet cafe!
hehehe.

hello, green!
what is this? a way to divert our attention
from the real culprit?
there was no mention of a guy
who did the killing.
the three guys suspected to be cohorts
of the suspect was being defended by some posters

so, who the h_ll is this guy?

before my cousin told me about this suspect (info was given to my cousin by her friend)
i was quite appalled by the idea that the reason behind the killing might be money, envy and greed.
but when my cousin shared to me what she knew about the suspect,
i am now convinced that it was envy and greed  that really
pushed the suspect to kill the victim!

is it true that one night, while the victim was working, this suspect

asked the family to open the gate because she wants to use the computer

what kind of a friend is that?

ozone, were you able to read the news about a certain pastor in san isidro, talisay who were released by the police because it was proven in the lower court that it was illegal when they apprehended the suspect (pastor)?

maybe that was the reason why the police did not apprehended the suspects right away because they are still waiting for a go-signal from their supervisors just to make sure that the defendant of the suspect will not use it to dismiss the possible case.

please do not generalize all police as b*g*.
thanks!

i have one real and true friend (tested by time)
but i haven't given to her my wallet for safekeeping!
it's not that i do not trust her but as i've mentioned earlier,
it's a part of me that i can't live without!
but if it's normal for one to endorse his/her wallet
because they are friends, my only question
is why will the suspect keep it?
upon knowing what had happened to her friend,
she should have given the wallet to the victim's
family!

#153
yipppeeeehhh!
i am back!

what? the wallet was endorsed by the victim to the suspect because they are friends?

hmmm. haven't done that to my bestfriend, yet.
the victim, if its true that she gave her wallet to the suspect, was so trusting then.

by the way, if indeed the wallet was voluntarily given by the victim to the suspect, how come the suspect kept it?  she should have returned the said wallet to the family.  though i doubt it.  our wallet, like our cellphones, is a part of our life that we can't live without.
why, if i am the victim, go out without my wallet?
everything is inside my wallet - my credit cards, my identification cards, my atm card, everything.

right?

the reason why the wallet was with the suspect was absurd!
very absurd!

It's all true.

the victim's family should ask for a police assistance!
the family should not be afraid for these are just
evil tactics of the enemies who, i bet, knew that they
are about to lose the battle because their "pet" or the "suspect"
was indeed the culprit
that is the reason why they have to harrass the family

and we should not let them (the suspect and his/her cohorts)
win in the quest for Justice!
#156
cutie_gly, it might be a way of harrassing the victim's family

people will do all means just to prove the suspect's innocence
THEY ARE GROSS!
i believed that they also have the right to prove the innocence
of the suspect but not to the extent of harrasing the victim's family.
they can do so through legal means and not do something like that!
the victim's family is in grief and they still have the nerve
to harrass them?

heard from a cousin of mine who has a friend who knew the sister of
the victim and she said that the suspect was SUYAUN AND PASAWAY
#157
good morning people of the philippines versus blah blah blah!
hehehehe.
am back!

huh? still no updates? ho-hummm.

the taxi that was parked near the house of the victim
the masked man who tries to enter their home
those are means of threatening the victim's family
for them to stop pursuing their case against the
suspect and his/her cohorts

i don't think that just because ihate decided not to react -  it means that she's dumb. hahahaha.

IF the nikkei garden hotel is indeed MORE of a motel than a hotel,
then one should expect a LAX security.

i am able to reserved a room in one of the posh hotels in the city,
the security was not LAX.  a bit strict because they inspected my handbag
when i entered their premises (i don't know if they will also check
luggages hehehe)
but i am able to reserve a room using a different name.
hotel staff won't bother asking for an ID.

surveillance cameras must be installed in the reception areas of a hotel,
in the parking areas and along the hallways leading to the rooms.

hmmm... ho-ummmm...

i've checked the web and here are some comments quoted from customers who were able to stay at nikkei garden hotel:

1. This is more of a motel than hotel, all rooms being in two rows either side of the access road with parking available.

2. Only hotel I could find online in Mandaue. Hotel was okay for a place to sleep for a night. Didn't feel secure with sliding door in back.

hmmm.... the sliding door.  located at the back.  that is where they kept the body of the victim.

the suspect/s must have checked the place earlier.

hahaha, you are right, cutie!

when i posted it. my point actually
was about the lawyer. how it felt
defending someone who is guilty?
how will they face their conscience.
that's all.
that's what have been lurking
in my mind.
hehehe

db nahitabo ang incident sa hotel? - YES
and daghan sila sa room? - YES
unya, katong "Tina Panganiban" nga name ang naka log-in didto na room.
(?) - YES

ang question nako, nag dungan ba silag check-in?  - si tina ra nag chk in maybe noontime, no records what time sya nigawas after and what time sya nisulod

sila ra man guro (b-a-i, j-n-e-ll, ug t-i-n-a) ang nakit-an ni-sod sah? - yes, accdg to the roomboy nga nihatod sa beer ordered around midnight of jan18, he saw 3 girls

If sila ra tulo nag kuyog sa hotel, why man niingon si j-o-n-e-l na naa xay kauban na 3 ka laki (which is sina wabert..)  - pwede man muapas ang uban, kay as i have said, lax ang security, pwede ra mo dretso sulod sa hotel compound no questions asked

so if naa jud mga laki, meaning nag check-in na daan tong mga laki sa hotel? - not necessary, pwede ra sila niadto between 1am onwards without being noticed

dapat unta ang mga police mag investigate pod sa hotel, - they have investigated

like kinsa tong nag check-in e.g if naa bah all-guys na nag check in, or tulo ka laki na ni check-in individualy - not necessary

Di ba kadudaduda nah? or dili? - kadudahan sad

- hope i have clarified some issues here. peace everyone -

well said, cutie. very short answers but very informative

in addition, i am not talking about the lawyer of the suspect.

i am referring to any lawyer who will defend a client
a client, who, after a no-holds-barred interview, was
found to be guilty.
i am referring to how the lawyer handles the situation.
proving someone innocent when deep inside the lawyer
knew that his or her client is guilty!
that is what i meant. :)
#179
hello, nookie!

you didn't get me.  i didn't mean that the suspect or suspects that we are talking in this forum were 101% guilty.

what i meant was how will a lawyer defend a client who is 101% guilty.  since the client was supposed to tell the truth in order for the lawyer to see where he/she can defend his/her client the most in order to win a case.

before you react, please please please read clearly between the lines.  pause. breath deeply. read again. you will see, you will have a different reaction to it.
peace! hehehe

the suspect or suspects were indeed cunning.
they rented the room for two days so they will
have enough time to leave the vicinity.
on the first day of use, they did the crime.
since they rented the room for two days,
housekeeping will start on the third day,
probably after the check-out time at 2:00PM
(hotels check-in and check-out time, i guess, are the same)
they must have studied the plan carefully including
the area where they will commit the crime.
one of them must have been in that hotel
and discovered that there is a portion that
can be used to hide the body for a number of days
before the odor becomes evident.
if i am a housekeeper of that hotel, i will probably
not check that area because i know that that
area was not suitable to while the time away.
one rented an airconditioned room - -  why stay in that
area (am referring to the area where the body was found)
as described in one of the threads here, it doesnt look good
and was dirty/messy.

hmmm...
#181
sometimes it made me pause and think how
difficult it is for a lawyer to defend someone
who was 101% guilty of a crime committed.

that's quite a feat, huh?
#182
there is a scheduled arraignment on February 27. you might like to witness the said arraignment.  i am planning to go there but i don't know where the exact venue.  will still ask ihatekillers for a sketch or directions. :)

mao bah..

funny kau. wa pa d i na investigate na sa police katong about sa hotel?
or naa na wala lng nila ge disclose sa media?

hahaayy

hi, curry! i guess the police were able to investigate the people from the hotel.
they must have inspected the hotel and its surroundings to collect some proof.
it's their job and they know what to do in cases like this.
it's just that there were no information given to us.
maybe it's their SOP.
that is why mostly of us here kept on waiting for
some news being published.
good for some of us here, like ihate, because they
know the family of the victim and they have access
with the current informations.
we will just wait and pray for Justice.
we will also include in our prayers that those
who are working on this case, like the police, SOCO, and
others will not stop from pursuing the suspect or suspects.

thanks
#188
chillax, nice video.
touching.
hope it will also touch the hearts of the suspects.
hope it will touch the hearts of those who knew about the crime and was afraid to tell the truth.
:)

Justice for Lynn Vi!
-that's what we are crying out loud for!

who are d gud friends of Lynn here? How loyal are u to her? Unsa nakaamot namo bisan pandagkut ug kandila? Estorya ra ang nagdaghan, for sure next year this case is forgotten and unsolved.

i am not one of the victim's friends nor one of the victim's relatives but i don't think you have the right to question what they did for the victim.
one doesn't have to show off what he or she did if it is done wholeheartedly!
don't you think? peace, segne! peace! :)

hello, ihatekillers!
good morning! nope. i am not from Teletech.  i am not a call center agent or works in a call center industry.  but my work is kinda related with your work because mostly of the buildings where the call centers leases out are the buildings that we are managing.
i am very interested with the case even if i do not know the victim, the suspects and any from their respective families.
the interest sparked because the victim and the suspect are friends! some says they are bestfriends!
i kinda relate. i thought i had the worst best friend. but then the incident proved me wrong.
that is why i joined this forum (my first) to help in any way i can.
have a great saturday, ihate!

i believe in karma.

those who committed the crime
will also suffer the way they made
the victim suffer.
and in a hundredfold!

chillax i know. ni ana lang ko nga naghatag ug hint. Wala ko ni ingun na magamit na as evidence or whatever. Ug iyang family ga ampo na para niya. Pero i think ang kinahanlan ug grabeng ampo kay kanang mga suspects.

the suspect and other suspected cohorts, if they are guilty, will never be at peace,
they should, as what ihate advised, pray so hard.
pray that they will have happiness.
pray that they will have peace.
pray that someone will still trust them.
pray that someone will still be a friend to them.

hmmm i can hear someone grumbling.
yah, i know.
they will tag me again as judgmental.
hu-hooom!

MAYBE, that is the reason why they dream about their beloved Bai.

justice should be attained now so that the people who loves the victim so much
will live their lives in peace and happiness.
