Saludo ug dako ahong respeto sa imong pagkamatinud-anon nga mibarog sa imong pagkatawo nga maoy gihatag sa atong Ginoo. I am sure that there are many gays who are "real coward" not outing themselves as what they are.  And that I will consider cheating and that could be a sin.

By the way, who is who in your  avatar? Both looks cute ug mga gwapos.

hahahaha!  i like the idea that "not coming out" instead, is the sin rather than coming out!... awesome!... i'm gonna advocate that... hahaha!..

anyway, the one on the left is me and the one on the right is may baby Teddy bear nga niwang... hehehe!

Wowboholphilippines!

Katholiko baya pod ko sukad sa ahong pagbunyag and I never forget to praise our Almighty God but I feel sorry that His earth personnel are most considered as the sinners. Daghan baya pod nga cases nga mga Pare nag  sex abused ug mga bata.  Dili napod maihap ang mga maid ug kusinera nga gipabuntisan ug mga Pare. I went out disco dancing with Priest in my young days.....they are human but I kept myself free from those temptations.  I had 2 gfs  who had 2 Priest lovers.  Maayo pa siguro sa atong tinouhan nga Katoliko nga ila na lang itugot nga magminyo usab ang mga Pari kay sa dina gjod madala ug "lo-lo".  We are just all human baja with strong sexual desires dili man pwede nga i-singgot ang sperm cells.
Here in Europe....gays, lesbians are free to enter into martrimonial stage of life but of course not in Church kay basin ug modog-dog ug mokilat "linti-an unya" whahahahaha ;D Forgive me.

now this is what you call... "tinge of reality"... heheheh!

Miga and BOC please don't close this thread.  I beg you! I found this is an interesting topic.  I am waiting of the next comments of the one (Mr. Junayag) who opened this subject for discussion.

I personally believed that in one of us is a little portion of bisexuality. Agree or disagree?

Ladies first: 1. Kinsa tong dili maibog motan-aw ug gwapa ug sexy nga babaye? -  I'm jealous to stare and I like and love it.
                 2. Kinsa tong wapa makasuway ug halok sa babaye? - I had experienced it but not in my own intention. I was
shocked but I was not disgusting but men kisses are more erotic, sweet, lovely and interesting.
                 3. Kinsa tong wa usahay maghuna-huna unsa kahay kalami sa sex kon babaye ang pares? - I haven't tried it yet
but I feel interesting to watch sexy/beautiful/erotic lesbians having sex and I observed that they have also
an intensive climax achievements....i think more than with men for women are sensitive and she knows
more which part of her body to be touched with that so called G points. Kinsay makig EB naho? ;D whahahaha :o
I considered myself as hetero..as of this very moment I have only sex with a man....but as used to said: never say no in your life! It could happen to you!  :-\  Bitaw.... BUT as a human our  mind is not free from desire to whatever makes your fantacies in extremity  which makes your sex life more than as pleasure and I think living in life without sex is not comparable to rice eating "NFA and JAPONICA" and/or any kind.  SEX with 100% Love is A and O  in relationship whether you are gay,bi,lesbian, and practising hetero.
SEX is only not normal if you will not be satisfied and you will be playing getting an absolute orgasm.  A total "Abnormality" is  having sex with children and animals. This is the only kind that I can't understand and accept.

Okey folks make love not war....enjoy SEX!

OOOOoooyeaaaahhh!!!...;D

hehehehe!... awesome post!...

loveyah, Bambi!

On May 28, 2008 Boholano Bishop Leonardo Medroso said that marriage is only for man and woman. I hope everyone there in Bohol had read his pastoral message.

Amazing!  Well, whoever says such, I wouldn't care.  Let the pope say it.  I would listen but that doesn't mean I would believe him.
;D

Good luck with life, WBP!

Bonbonquest,  are you upset? I'm just asking if you're happy with your relationship with a man..no more, no less. I'm just curious you gay. is there something wrong? i am not dr. phil or sigmund freud. they were after of their theories after homosexuality. whether we like it or not, homosexuality is not healthy!!!! there are lots of cases here in the US that partners would do suicide because of their partner's dishonesty. I am sure Ms Da Binsi is aware of that issue even Rosie has un successful relationship with her girlfriend.

I pity you because you assume things as they are. How old are you? You are young gay man right  and you need to eat plenty of NFA rice to experience painful and happy experiences in life.

You need an expert psychologist to handle your case. Homosexuality is a mental sickness according to some experts here in the USA and it is true gay man.

Are you sure you are honest to your partner?

Sorry you feel the way you do.

Being honest would not hurt you one of these days.

I agree with Lorenzo, marriage is between man and girl only. Why we should argue?

Let me make it perfectly clear to you:

I DON'T GIVE A F**K WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU THINK!  IF THOSE ARE YOUR FEEBLE IDEAS, SO BE IT!  THAT'S ENTIRELY UP TO YOU!  BUT DON'T BOTHER ME WITH THEM!  WHAT EXACTLY ARE ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?  ARE YOU TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO STOP BEING GAY OR TO STOP MY RELATIONSHIP?  I'M SORRY, YOU DON'T HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY.

YOU KNOW WHAT, I USED TO HAVE LITTLE RESPECT FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU SEEMED LIKE A SENSIBLE POSTER AT THE OUTSET.  NOW, THAT RESPECT HAS COMPLETELY VANISHED.  I WOULD GLADLY ENGAGE IN A FISTFIGHT WITH YOU RIGHT NOW.  AS MUCH AS I AM A GOOD STANDING INDIVIDUAL IN MY COMMUNITY, I DO HAVE A FIST OF A MAN AND I ENJOY USING IT ON PEOPLE LIKE YOU!  YOU HAVE CROSSED ME NOW MORE THAN EVER!

BY THE WAY, YOU ARE FREAKIN' OUTDATED!  HOMOSEXUALITY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS BY THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PSYCHOLOGISTS IN THE 1970's!  YOUR VIEW IS ARCHAIC!  NOT TO MENTION UTTERLY STUPID!

AND BY THE WAY, I DO NOT EAT NFA RICE BECAUSE MY FAMILY GROWS ITS OWN RICE!  JAPONICA!  F**K YOU AND YOUR STUPID METAPHORS!  GO SCREW SOMEONE!  YOU BADLY NEED IT!

YES, I'M YOUNG BUT I DO KNOW THAT I'M MORE INTELLIGENT THAN YOU ARE... OR YOU WILL EVER BE!  GO RANT ABOUT PAINS ALL YOU WANT!  I DON'T GIVE A s*** WHAT GOES ON IN YOUR LIFE!  IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF PAINS, GOOD FOR YOU!  I'M GLAD!  BUT I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I HAVEN'T GONE THROUGH THOSE THINGS YET AND I DON'T INTEND ON SPEEDING UP MY SENESCENCE PROCESS BY TALKING ABOUT PAINS!

IF YOU HAVE A MISERABLE LIFE, GO KILL YOURSELF AND GET IT OVER WITH!

I DON'T GIVE A s*** WHAT YOU THINK!  NOBODY DOES!

Lorenzo, do you know why the terms AD and BC are now obsolete?

Well, in case you don't, here's the reason:  It's because not everyone in this world is Christian and not everyone believes in the bible.

You can't shut down anyone's personal beliefs just because he/she doesn't conform to yours.  I'm gay and I don't give a damn what the Roman Catholic church (or any other institution) says about it.  I do "things" and I don't give a F**K what any bishop or priest or rabbi or imam or monk or nun or yogi or the Bible or Q'uran or Kabbalah or Bhagavad Gita says about the things my partner and I do.

Don't get me wrong, I do have a religion.  However, I will not talk about it here because I do not intend on making its teachings part of my defense scheme.

And do remember, we only have one God no matter what our religion is.

Bonbon,

I stand quite moderately in this though I must admit that I will lean towards the conservative view. I have friends in college who are gay and lesbian, and I have developed a sense of respect and brotherly-love for them. I know one Filipino individual named JC who I've regarded as a 'kapatid'.

I respect humans, despite their sexual preferences, their race, ethnicity, political leaning. As human beings we are entitled to that basic right; and understanding of our multi-ethnicities, and different ways of life is key to symbiosis.

Though I respect the person, that does not mean that I condone and accept the 'ACT' of homosexuality.

It is taught to us through scripture as a grievous sin. There is a direct reference to this in scripture:

"You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination."

-Lev. 18:22

"Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God."
-1 Cor. 6:9-10

"For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. 28And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper."
-Rom. 1:26-28

Bonbon, God does love UNCONDITIONALLY. However, there are acts referred in scripture that are abominable sins in the eyes of our Lord. Pray tell me you do know the history of Sodom and Gomorahh? And the justice that was dealt on these two sister cities?

My view on this is that we should love and respect our fellow human beings. Either they be Christian or not, straight or not. The ACT of homosexuality is a sin. And like any other sin, should be repented. It is like any sins in the eyes of God. You are Catholic and a Christian. You should already know this.

This is just my view.

Ok, I respect your view.  But I do not necessarily believe it.  I will not argue with you either unless you argue using your OWN opinion system not using words from the bible.

You can't just expect to remove religious discourse and perspective, because, by all means, it is this religiousity that drives individuals. And their beliefs in this given topic.

you don't have to be religious to create a strong system of belief in you... an indomitable spirit is based on personal beliefs that are NOT necessarily influenced by religion or any structured institution... atheists do exist... i'm not saying that I am ha... I do have a religion... it's just that I'm not using it as an armor or ammo in this thread... I have my own untarnished hoard of retorts... and they do not involve religion...

TB is an open discussion of whatever interesting topics in life BUT it has nothing to do to interfere each members private life.

So what if El Mundo is Bisexual? - It is his own life decision.

Who cares  if bonbonquest has a happy relationship with the same sex? - Let  him live and love what he wants.  It's his life.

If someone suspecting that Mr Junayag is a gay....so what?  It is not our business.  What is the problem out of it?  He is an intelligent

person  and  full respected in our community.

I am not a lesbian but I love women too.  I am happy married for the second time  to a 20 years younger man and we've been and  still crazy and not normal (as what dopey/immature folks commented....i even experienced it here) and that successively/intimately  in a period of almost 13 years.  And not even a single second of a day I regreted my decision.  I am satisfied and life is beautiful.

So, live life without if and buts......  "you have only one".

Dear folks, we are all  old enough and everyone of us has an own path to follow.  I am not perfect.  She, He is not perfect at all.  Are you??

YEAH!!!! RIGHT ON! ;D

Thanks mucho, Bambi!... you said it!

if they (/we) do it, pasagdi na lang gud pud. you know, not everyone enjoys swallowing what's in the holy bible as much as most people do.. every human being is entitled ho his/her own decisions... kanang imong gi-suggest nga "ihilak na lang nga pa-tago," that's very inhumane for the emotion of a human being. that's deliberate repression and it's been known to ruin the human brain faster than a trojan worm could destroy windows vista...

let's not stain this argument with religious perspectives because it with ruin the spirit of competitiveness... heavily biased man gud if you do that... everything will become lopsided...

BONBONQUEST SEEMS INTERESTED IN SAME SEX RELATIONSHIP. YOUR AVATAR SUGGESTS YOU'VE A MAN TO MAN RELATIONSHIP. ARE YOU HAPPY WITH HIM? SAME SEX RELATIONSHIP ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE YOUNG IS A BIG FRUSTRATION. BELIEVE ME, A LOT HERE IN THE US HAVE BROKEN MEN TO MEN RELATIONSHIP BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT LOYAL. ARE YOU GAY OR BI?

wowboholphilippines... yes, I am engaged in a homosexual relationship with that man with me in my avatar.  But let me tell you this:  Rant all you want about your tetragon perception of conventional gender roles and make all the brouhaha you want of your frustrations about relationships like mine.  But what right do you have to shell your prosaic preconceptions about what may happen in the future of what I CHOSE to get myself into?  Who are you to impose on me to "believe you"?  Who do you think you are?  Dr. Phil?  Sigmund Freud?  The God Almighty?  Hand me your diploma for a doctorate degree in psychology and I'll "believe" you.

If many relationships of my kind in the US crumble owing to a party's disloyalty, leave them be!  That's their life.  It happened to them.  If it happens, it happens.  Do not attempt to stereotype us just because you think you know the bearings of the LGBT community.  Well, guess what!  You don't!  You don't have a single clue what goes on in my life, in Ted's life, or in anyone else's life for that matter.  Your lopsided view says it all so do not attempt to overturn what I just said.

Yes, I'm happy with him and you have no say, whatsoever, with whatever goes on in our lives as separate individuals or as a couple!  I'm not going to answer your last question because I don't feel the need to.  Don't get me wrong.  I know what I am.  And YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!  Bug off my personal life and try getting one for yourself.

And just a simple guideline for you:  Here at TB, comment on the posted threads and retort with personal opinions vis-à-vis what's there.  Do not interfere with the personal lives of others--much less make a "godly" attempt to annihilate anybody with your archaic mindset.

ang ako was that if it's just a scheme of concealment... like in some of my friends' cases...

but of course, naa man ju'y magmalamposon ani'ng ing-ani nga relationships despite all the "panamas-tamas" of our heavily parochial society... and I salute them all...

that fact that there's mutual and affectionate love is the core of all the things that matter in a relationship... if this is genuinely present, then there's no reason for any doubt... be one or both parties members of the LGBT community, basta kay LOVE ang foundation sa relasyon, then they will still flourish like the vast lavender meadows of Essex county... even more beautiful with the rainbow on top... o, di ba?

all of this is regardless of whatever brouhaha the parties may have been through in the past, present, or yet to come (because everyone has the proclivity to have shortcomings once in a while no matter how emotionally mature)...

In recent times, a lot of men even fathers and grandpas went out in the open of being gay whenever out of sight from their families; to the point of superficiality in the facade of their homes?  Hence getting married just to prove heterosexuality has no bearing at all.

this is very true... and poignantly very ubiquitous... and it bothers me how these gay men could be so apathetic of the feelings of their female partners... if they're bisexual, though, they could just be steering themselves in the path to straightness but complete loyalty is quite unlikely...

di ba it's been said:  "bi now, gay later"...
how will the scenario be justified?  the domestic coexistence of a bisexual man and a "clueless" and/or "desperate" female would be totally trash IF THE FLOWER FULLY BLOOMS... and in most cases, it eventually does... at a certain point... no matter how good the sex may be...

Being raised in a heavily conservative Roman Catholic environment has certainly become a hindrance for homosexual couples...  Don't you think so, too?

Human as they are, members of the LGBT community are capable of genuine love that stretches miles beyond the typical perception of the general public.  They have the same basic needs that every other human being has.  And one of these is to love and be loved in return.

But why do the religious institutions have to smite these gay and lesbian couples when they're just going about their business loving each other?  They aren't harming anyone or anything!  Why does there have to be a predefined bracket for human love?  Why do they (religious institutions) feel that they are obliged to take control over what they perceive to be wrong?  Why can't they just swallow reality?  That they don't really have a say in these things!  That these things really do happen!  And that LOVE drives it as much as heterosexual couples--or possibly even more than them!

Furthermore, why do they insist that God despises these things when in fact they are the very institution telling us that God loves unconditionally?  What an outlook!

What do you think?

have you read the "SECRETS OF THE VATICAN?"

i read it long time ago and i cant find that book anywhere here in amerika.

im trying at Alibris who are distributing banned books but my problem now was the author.

i have to call my uncle in the Phils who was the one who lend me his years back!

the book's really awesome!... full of practical insights... it's quite poignant that an institution such as the Catholic Church would discourage such a wonderful book...

I think I have a copy of that book you're talking about in my dad's library... i'm not sure, though... i think i came across one book that had the word "Vatican" in its cover.. i'm not certain, however, if it was the book you're talking about... i'll go there and check it out... heheeh!

but my impulsiveness does not scope love... most definitely not... this one isn't just something... it's THE /thee/ REAL THING... i view it that way.. i don't know with the rest of the world... or the people who have known me in the past.. the palakero/bolero/whatever-ro Bon-Bon who's broken the hearts of many... ask Ted.. he's seen my list.. [i do keep a list of names]..  but that's not me anymore...

this... this that just happened here is another character that i DIRELY need to get rid of... hehe!

^I like Lea's version too, bonbon. Si Regine kay mosinggit man, Lea's voice is more controlled. Have you seen the movie of the same title? Nindot pud kaayo to nga salida.

Tinuod jud!!!... Regine has created a trend of expectation nga if sija ang mo-kanta, naa jud na'y syagit2x... hahahaha!...

and Yes, I've seen the movie... sila ni Aga... i love that movie... mao'y gi-awatan sa kang Gerald ug Kim nga series (ugh!)... heheheH!..

and by the way, Lea and Aga sang it together in Lea's 30th anniversary special concert... nice... naa'y funny nga scene... it's on YouTube...

Election 2010 should be interesting; perhaps the next president will change the system. Perhaps not. History shall decide and dictate. As History alway does.

this is what i was talking about... I NEVER SUGGESTED IMPEACHMENT 'cause as what i've said, it's NOT viable for our economically depressed situation...

I got your reply to my pm, bonbonquest.  Thank you.  As to what you asked, I'd say, Deal! :)

I kinda know you are too far from "orocan" but I didn't expect you to do such bugal-bugal comment especially after learning your background. We can be constructively helpful to each other though. But that's settled now.

thank you... however, apparently, the issue isn't that settled yet... but i'd rather not retort to the new rejoinders so as not to summon further "less than positive" stuff... stuff... and more stuff... the frequency with which i predict the exchange is going to get to a very mediocre level of conjectural thinking...

so, now... I'M APOLOGIZING for that... i'm rather guilty i did that... that was not meant as a serious offense, people... rather, it was more of an exaggerated personal opinion which was uncalled-for, to say the least... it was my fault to have used such shoddy and debauched words which were obviously apathetic of the detrimental corollaries it may arouse... which are now surfacing, i may add...

The overall concept of the video is great. Congratulations Leo.

However, on the technical and artistic side, it looks to me as if it is a storyboard. Video editing is obviously not professional and the transition between scenes are very rough and sudden. The inserted clips are simply dropped inside, untouched, unrendered and raw. To be honest, there is a long way to go.

this is how my comment should have gone. forgive the lack of diplomacy. and by the way, i'm aware that EL MUNDO directed that video. i apologize for my unruliness in commenting but i was just being blunt. i know i should practice subtlety but i just didn't feel the need.

i know my words were a little obscene and i'm sorry for that.. but i was just making a comment.. you know... delivering an honest opinion... i thought maybe it was about time someone neutralized all the fuss about "loving the video"...

and don't be damned.. i'm never an "orocan" person on the net.. i do, however, know how to maintain a discreet demeanor in public..

and oh... about the K thing grazie7y is talking about? I've already told you.. don't really wanna blurt it loud here... that'd be stupidly boastful...

bisan ug wala ko makaayon sa panunuan karon aber kinsa man inyong iilis?

so what then are you suggesting? let her stay for the rest of her life just because YOU HAVE NO IDEA whom to put in place of her? My, oh my! had that mentality been prevalent before, we wouldn't have a president now... if you're gonna stick to that kind of perspective, we might as well have a monarchic system instead...

kinsa'y i-ilis?... hmmmmmmmmnnn... here's an idea... why don't we all just wait for the 2010 elections??...

and oh, i never suggested impeachment.. that'd be taboo... not practical and most definitely not viable for a financially meager nation like the Philippines...

hahahaha!... that video really sucks... big time... the face.. the camera angle (even if Ted was the one shooting it)... Jesat's face is often pressed against the camera-- so much so that the poor audio-video synchronization is made obvious...

plus, the clips of the "young achievers" suck bigtime...hahaha!

you may say I'm "maldito" for saying this... well, I really am, but that's beside the point... i'm just being completely honest here... the fact is, it really sucks... hahahahaha!

and by the way, the "hahaha" interjections aren't sarcastic... i really am laughing (genuinely) right now while typing this...

I'm a supporter of President Arroyo.

Under her term the Philippine economy has SURGED, ladies and gentlemen, to an unprecedented 7.5% these past fiscal years. The Philippine Peso has performed remarkably against Canadian Dollar, American Dollar and the Euro.

The Philippine Navy has acquired new advanced ships; the Philippine Air Force has acquired new S.111 attack air fighters, and modernization continues. The Philippines has re-affirmed its alliance with the United States. Both in terms of military AND economic.

Overall, growth has propelled in the country. Unprecedented growth not seen in the country since the early days of Marcos.

I admire this woman.

what good is all this if a lot of people are getting killed just because they aren't on her side of the leaf?...

plus... yes, the economy has surged--as you would put it--but why have we not seen its reflection on the people?... well, we need not consider ourselves (who are fortunate enough not to feel the heat) but the people living on the margin of poverty... why has their dire situation not been alleviated up to now?... not even a bit of considerable change could be seen...

you see, this nation is akin to a pool that's being heated from below... much like the pools of Bath in England... the poor people are the ones stepping on the led base and feeling the heat that most on top could not...

i'm not completely spitting on Gloria here... i'll give her credit for the positive things she's done... but she's done so much more negative things... the pluses are like a single drop of white ink on a bottle of black... see my point?

Who's the most famous person I've ever met?

hmmmmmmm...

Most definitely Lea Salonga...

I wouldn't exactly say she's very fan-accommodating but she is, nonetheless, a wonderful person in all aspects of her personality.

Yes, I've met other personalities whom common people would consider famous.

[Some to the point of worshiping them; others to the extent of committing suicide just to get a glimpse of them from a hundred feet away or risking getting branded "serial killer" just to get a photograph of themselves taken beside the supposed celebrity (however hideous it may turn out to be).  You can't blame them for that.  They grew up with a very poor sense of discriminating judgment.]

Anyway, back to the topic.  Those other such personalities I've met, who may forcibly fall under the "famous people" category due to public regard, are ones whom I have little to no regard of beyond "regular people from around the corner".

So much for this...  Lea Salonga is just so totally awesome!  ~(grammar fluctuation intended)
