I foresee lot of problems this coming election day with this type of counting machine with little or no tolerance for error from voters. It looks like this is not an automated election but only the counting is automated. Hindi na ba marunong mag count ang mga election officers?

An automated election is someting that the voter have to select from the list of candidates for a certain position and automatically counted, no need for ballots. If voting for councilor, when the voter selects the maximum number required he will be barred from selecting additional councilor rather than invalidating the previous selections.

Let's see the outcome and pray this election is successful. I estimate around 40% of voters will not be able to vote properly..

i think murag daghan ni siyag guihimo sa Bohol kay nagplano diay siya nga modagan pagka congressman but i believe nga dili na siya ing-ani ka effective if ever ma elected as congressman kay he will have limited access to funds sa administration..anyway he is running for legislative post not executive post.

its an obligation sa government official to deliver services the required services ....
finishing a proposed project is just a step.. but the question is.. thus it improve the lives of its constituents
its an achievement if it is completed within the allocated budget and time frame..and so on
We appreciate projects like these but we should also measure the effects to the lives of the people..

This reminds me Mike of my experience back in Philippines.
I was working before in a GOCC and it all started when I was promoted to managerial position.

It is some sort of character assassination to the point that my family and my children were affected. I suspect that it was the work of those who were inggit with my sudden rise to a higher position.

But if we believe and honest with ourselves, our Creator has its own way of saving us from these people.

It was a blessing in disguise that suddenly from nowhere and far from my wildest dream I was offered a job here in the middle east with all expenses paid and with a net income much higher from what I earn back home. But the most important is the peace that it gives to my life and to my family.
