hello my TB family..nitunga na pod ang tagulilong..hehehe.I just came back from Poland..kapoy sa taas nga biyahe but it's all worth it ky perte lamia ang ahong na experience didto.. a place close to nature and very delicious food,:) in less than a week,i gained 2 kilos,huhuhuh..pero cge nalang..h4ehehe....

I've read 2 novels by Jonathan Kellerman just recently. The 1st is "The Clinic" and the other one is "The Private Eye". I really love Jonathan's novels and he makes me sleepless..i love the child psychology theme of his novels, full of suspense and very thrilling.

I'm so happy to be back here. I truly missed my TB family and thanks a lot to Mike's message that I just read a while ago. Thanks for your concern Mike, I truly appreciate it,:)

It's been a long time that I haven't been here. Though there were times that I visited here, but I didn't leave any trace coz "nauwaw nako kay dugay naman ko wa ka laag ngari". And besides, I got busy with work here and I was having some problem with my lovelife,:) and I was also stressed on what to do next coz my contract is about to end this October. In fact, I'm still dealing with the problem and the stress,:)But I'm doing fine and still alive and kicking,hehehe.

I miss you all my dear friends and hope to chika2x with you again.

I just arrived from my weekend about an hour ago. I attended the 1pm Mass today officiated my the visiting Bishop of Maasin, Leyte and I also attended my SFC household afterwards. We had a very nice discussion and we had a lot of fun,:)

Women who drank more fat free milk and had higher intakes of calcium and vitamin D from foods, and not supplements, tended to have a lower risk for developing hypertension or high blood pressure, according to a new study published in the American Heart Association journal, Hypertension.

When the researchers investigated the benefits of milk specifically, they found women who drank two or more servings of fat free milk each day reduced their risk for high blood pressure by up to10 percent compared to those who drank fat free milk less than once a month. The same was not found for higher fat milk and milk products or calcium and vitamin D supplement users.

One in three American adults has high blood pressure, and an increasing number of women are living with undiagnosed hypertension, according to a second study published in the journal Circulation. The last decade has seen significant increases in uncontrolled high blood pressure for women across the nation, a condition that puts them at serious risk for cardiovascular disease, stroke and even kidney failure.

Yet despite a vast body of research linking diet changes to blood pressure control, most Americans are still missing the mark on their diets. According to new research published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, Americans are ignoring the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) Diet, the therapeutic eating plan recommended by the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute that emphasizes low-fat dairy, fruits and vegetables to help reduce blood pressure levels.

Previous research has linked the DASH diet and lowfat or fat free milk to blood pressure benefits - one reason why the U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend drinking three glasses of lowfat or fat free milk each day. Milk provides nine essential nutrients, including calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, protein and potassium.

Thanks Blue for sharing this very nice article. Correction is indeed so painful and most of the time it ruins friendship or any relationship at that, coz some just can't handle it. But I'll truly appreciate someone that will spend time in correcting me coz it means that she/he truly cares. It's soo true that correction is painful, but I can bear the pain.

I do agree that children should be thought early about the value of money. Parents should be honest to their children on how difficult on their side to look for money to provide for them, so they'll use the money wisely and not squander it on unimportant things.

I'm glad that my parents has taught us well.
