gud day to a certain  jellybean who is the PRO of TBN Volunteers Club, Inc. It is not on the taking down of Gerry Pabe that I am questioning.  It is in the financial statements.  For what is the taking down of the notes that the Government agencies concerned should take actions whether the organization receiving the donations are practicing the right way of issuing receipts and reporting financial statements.  AE Damalderio's fund that was given out was issued a receipt I think because it is a government fund.  And perhaps only that will be reported by the TBN Volunteeers' Club, Inc. which is a registered institution.  The Donors are giving or entrusting it to Gerry Pabe since the club had its address at DYRD.  And the name of the Club was made by Gerry Pabe but he is not practicing the proper protocol of submission of proper documents to the government agencies concerned. It has been an issue by Mayor Dan Lim that DYRD is not remitting financial documents to the City Treasurer.  Perhaps this is true so that we could trace whether the money received by Pabe is accounted and audited by the Accountant of DYRD or the accountant of the TBN Volunteers' Club. I happened to talk to one of your BOD Members that his was an issue because Gerry Pabe is hesitant to liquidate all the donations that are given to DYRD.  If this is so I hope that all Donors will go directly giving to the TBN Club treasurer or president and not thru DYRD.  It is the club concerned that the Donors are giving and not for Gerry Pabe's fame that he will be using for campaigning during elections that he is famous of the donations that He is giving out during his program.

TBN Volunteers Club is a registered organization. It can raise funds anytime.  Fund raising must be transparent. Receipts must be issued to benefactors because it is registered with BIR under the legacy of Engr. Maurito Lim.  Since their registration they have not submitted any audited financial report to BIR. Benefactors should be aware that their donations can be deducted from their income taxes. Not all donors know about it and they should know it because this can encourage more benefactors or donors to give. To give without expecting for a return is a blessing.  It is an act of charity.  Government agencies will check charity organizations too whether they are having audited financial statements.  So hope all donations gone in the right way... on the right time....for cheers to the indigents in need.....

This is not mentioned by an Anchorman of DYRD when asking donations on air.  It should be announced that donations must be issued a receipt.  As far as I have known TBN Volunteers Club Inc. is a registered club that issues receipts for donors and benefactors.  I have traced it in BIR.  My relatives are always donating to the club through Gerry Pabe but he did not gave any receipt of the donations.  I am a bookkeeper of a prestigious company in our city and any donation given by my employer will be deducted from his income tax, like the taxes withheld by our customers.  Let all the benefactors asked a receipt since they  can deduct it from their income tax.  To all associations and other organizations let us practice honesty in receiving donations.  Give an updated audited financial statements to the concerned government agencies. To all government agencies let these organizations produced it especially they are collecting money from our OFW's sacrificing their lives outside our country.
