What is this news about Mayor Lim obstructing the sangguniang panglungsod in its efforts to get an explanation from one of the department heads of the city government?  I guess, our officials must bear in mind that they are being elected by the people for the primary purpose of addressing the various needs of the  city's constituency.  Can anyone give me any idea why suddenly what seems to be a regular and simple procedure become a subject of a critical news item in the newspapers and the airwaves?

i guess because my family also comes from Bohol that we must be distant relatives.  but my grandfather is an illegitimate child and you know that in the old times, the woman can register the name of the father of her child even if there is no marriage to support that.

This should be the chance for the barangay captains and leaders in Tagbilaran City to prove that their decision to press for Toto to run for Vice Mayor was indeed correct.
Kudos to you guys!

Bantugan is running for PCL.  and will obviously need the money of Dan Lim.  Perhaps, if it were a boxing game, Dandan would surely get the support of Dan... hehehehehe

hello, nice to have this exchange of ideas here.  I like this topic too. Hope to get more juicy stories.
