just my thoughts about this matter

1. the locals and fisher man families in panglao have to decide what they really want:
either accept investment and development projects which means advancement and improvement of living standard also to attract a more higher class of tourism for their island panglao or want to remain as it is at present

2.  if the locals and fisher man families looking for better future for their children then they should focuse to give better education and discipline to their children whcih starts at home during their childhood and starting to think and educate green, clean and noise less for panglao. protect and take care for the invorement wich is actually their asset and future

besides it would be nice to have comments in english to be able for all of us to follow the conversation  and contribute as well
