para walay gubot ang mga taga nhi na lang ang pakantahon whenever naa tay ceremony or yet di na lang nato kantahon atong national anthem para dili ta makasuhan... or yet just play a recorded marching tempo like in the theaters huh?
i would like to be patriotic as much as possible and tried to remember the sacrifices of those martyrs who shed blood for the country... but if in doing so i'll be tried and imprisoned for singing deeply with all my heart but sung it out of tune or not in accordance with the original tempo... then so be it... put me to jail for my jailers is not different from dirty policemen who only wanted money to their pockets.

Mabini - Bohol / Re: History of Mabini, Bohol

My father , late Vicente Cadigal Sr. was from Minol, Mabini.
During his teenage years he enlisted to the military and was sent to Bataan
where he met my mother and got married. After the WWII they migrated to Phillips, Bukidnon.
But through the years Mabini has been an extension of our lives. I always heard of my father of talking
about my relatives in Minol. It was only in 1978 that I visitted the place when I enrolled in UB.
At first, I don't like the place because of its remoteness to the City and roads were terrible.
Many things had happened in my life since my graduation in Divine Word College. Oh yes, after one semester in UB, I transferred to PMI then to DWC. What a journey huh?
I left Tagbilaran for Olongapo leaving behind many dear friends... most of them very successful now notably Cong. Ed Chatto and others.
Overtime, I've learned to love Mabini and setting my place now where my father have left off.
In my facebook, I am inviting all the Cadigal's to have a Grand Reunion someday.

Always,
Russel "Dodong" Cadigal
