The best is to develop the Clarin wharf in modern technologies.If the wharf to be develop for RO RO and best passenger terminal to Cebu it can generate job and  income to individual  and generate revenue for the town that leads to improve people standard of living.Clarin produced so many civil engineers and they must utilize their profession and expertise to design the wharf in the latest and best technology today.May be we can imagine how Tubigon improved.Im not expertise of the civil works but if our beloved civil engineers can draft a design for that i can also share my best in the latest port technology as of today.
