You've said that..., BPLO should acted on this case. Proliferation of illegal vendors along the main thoroughfare is potentially hazardous, it may also attributed to a syndicated street crime. They also hampering the traffic flow on both pedestrians and vehicles. Robbery snatching perhaps increases, other street crimes committed by the juveniles are commonly taking place. Organized Crime syndicate are now using minors to elude criminal liability.

As a peace loving Boholano I do suggest., that vending along the roadside of the city's main thoroughfare should be strictly prohibited. The City Government support wings especially the DPOS (Department of Public Order and Safety) office and City Engineering office should relocate them to a safer location to ensure the safety of the community.

When i was 7 years old during Marcos era the city capital of Bohol was once known as the peaceful and friendly city for the whole Philippine island.
I left Bohol on July, 1988 when i was 19 years old settled here in Manila find a job, got married and blessed with three children.
It is sad to know that Tagbilaran city was once known of having famous with hospitable people, are now converted into the sanctuary of lawless elements.
I think it is the local government who should be the responsible for maintaining the peaceful and friendly image of the city and the whole province of Bohol. 
Police visibility in the city should be intensified especially during critical time. The city government should allocate and prioritize financial resources intend to uplift the moral of the local police. Enhance police armaments and service vehicles to ensure a 24hrs police mobile patrolling in the city.

To my former classmates Ms. Riza Lungay I miss you... matanda na tayo... ilan na ang apo mo?  sa mga dati kong kaklase sa UB kamusta na kayo...? hope to see you soon. If were still living, i want to spend my retirement in my home province.
