Chona, I dont understand y youve decided to come out with this rubbish. The thing is Martin could not have been shot at by someone whos girlfriend he raped as he never raped anyone. He has been cleared of all rape charges. Alligations only, made by his estranged wife and her friends. Seeing as your someone who knows Gee y dont you answer the questions from thegirlnextdoor? Tony , i dont know and have never met, he was one of Martins friends not mine. Like i said i have in my possasion a photo of my friend in the morgue and theres no way this murder was commited by Gulle alone, all i want is all the killers to be caught and anyone else who is behind this. So answer the questions.

Dear Rald, I spent time with the people from your country, and  i truley believe they are lovin peaceful people i have many friends there, i will also add another 10,000  to the reward making that 55,000. I think i would make a great Judge,am certainly a great detective, ning nong,All the money in the world isnt worth a mans life, its not about money or assets its about finding out the truth  and we will, and before you write things on this site get your facts right first.

 

Just home from Martins service and i would just like to say how lovely it was, The turn out was very big, lots of friends and family. It was as you can imagine very emotional, there was beautiful photos of him and lovely things said about him and we wrote messages on balloons and let them all go together. . The day touched my heart, his family done him proud. God bless you Martin, you will be in our hearts and thoughts forever. Steve and Julie. x x x   

Ive just found an e.mail sent to myself from martins wife last year, i cant post it on this site as it will need to be sent to the correct authorities , but in it she does say she wants him dead, its similar to death threat text messages she use to send him. When i knew Margie over here you would think butter wouldnt melt, but i certainly seen another side to her once she went back to the Philipeans, it was hard to believe it was the same person.
For the record Abby, i never went back for Martins funeral mainly because i beleived his wife would have respected his parents wishes and Martin would of came home, but also we were shot at and was not somewhere i felt i should of rushed back to.

Welcome Nat, You only need to read the bad things being said, and its so obvious who it is. The thing is they are not very clever , they constantly contradict themselves and say things that only a guilty person or guilty persons family would say, to try and get themselves out of organising such an awful crime. Lets face it shes got her hands on enough money of Martins to look after her own family and her hired killers family.

Martin has a good friend over here, who ive spoken to, he has good friends in the BBC (british broadcasting Co). They i believe are very interested in taking up this story and i know this will eventually have world wide media coverage. I assure you,just because some child has been arrested for this stabbing, this is far from over. Lets not forget Martin was-

1. Last December- knocked off his motor bike ,in a hit and run. He survived.

2. In january- Shot at in our presence, He survived.

3.In Jan or Feb- Bar staffed where offered money to poison him. He survived.

4. In Feb- Rape charges brought against him ( by paid girls). He was cleared.

5.In March- Unfortunatly, they got him and stabbed him to death.

So please can anyone tell me that this stabbing was an isollated incident ? I dont think so. HELLO ! you dont need to be a detective to work this one out.
If these 5 incidents were each a one off, would you want to holiday there or invest your money ? the so called mastermind (not a clever one at that) is still at large.

The first text was so cold, she knew he was my best mate, wheres her compassion ?
The 2nd text i had not been in touch with her at all i had not asked her was she affraid, id certainly not talked about his assets to anyone.

Id also like to clear up any allegations of rape, Martin had been to court the week before he died about a rape charge by a girl called venessa, who was a bar maid, she worked there after asking him for a job also after the so called rape incident, when we where there, we all treated his staff to a day out dolhin watching and scuba diving in Balicsag island, Vanessa came for an all expenses paid day out with other staff members. She was also a friend of his wifes, She also happened to take the night off work on the day of the shooting, how convinient ! The judge wiped the floor with her and the rape charges where dropped. Ill say again Martin never did or would never rape a girl.

We do have our passports stamped and am sure i can also find proof of tickets. The ironic thing is we went to the police at the time of the shooting and gave a statment god only knows if they still have that. We asked what advice they could give us and would you believe they told us to keep our heads down. Hay ho! Thats what we are up against there is no police over there to help. It will feel like your banging your head against a brick wall,it felt that way after getting shot at. x

The in-laws and her are far from friends, she is an out- law not an in-law. I will never understand why she would not go along with his parents wishes, in circumstances like this who in there right mind would not do all they can to help his grieving family. ? ?

hofelina, thankyou for your kind words, ive honestly only ever wrote true facts. I know the true bol-anon people are some of the loveliest people in the world, as i met so many of them when me and my partner Julie stayed there in Jan. The problem is the same as we have everywhere in the world and there is always at least one bad apple to spoil it for us all. I know i cant bring my mate back, but i can try and fight for his justice and hopefully get a full investigation and the real culprut gets caught. He would do the same for me.

I thought i would put people in the picture with regards to whats happening to martin, His parents wishes was that Martins body was to be cremated and his ashes sent home. His estranged wife arranged his funeral knowing his parents wishes . Last Saturday she planned his burial but his parents were able to stop it, but due to the fact she was still married to him and is his next of kin she was able and managed to get him buried on Tuesday gone. His parents are absolutly devastated by her actions and especailly after she rang them on the day she buried him and demanded £3700 for something they never wanted her to do. They now have a fight on there hands to get his body exhumed and his ashes brought home. The woman has no heart and her voice only ever asks for money. Shes so cold and evil.

Me and Julie would like to thankyou from our hearts for all you are doing for Martin and I know why you feel as strong as you do about this, because anyone who spoke to him about the events leading upto his death your heart would bleed for him,he was living in terror,when he seen us off at the airport he cried and hugged us both. I spoke to him a few times once we came home, he told us he was keeping his head down and the only important thing in his life was sorting out the troubles he had. He was even too scared to stay in his own home,if you had of spoke to him you would know his wife had a contact out on his life, its so corrupt its untrue. People here are in shock as no-one would get away with it here. We will be doing all we can on this side of the world and we will give all information we have to our authorities to help fight for his justice.

We need to keep strong for Martin and try to get this matter done in the proper way that it should be handled.

The police are not so consrtuctive in their thinking they think because they have the murderer all is well.

not sure if you remember me my name is rachael i became really close friend of martin a few years backi met him at the car cruises we always used to go to ..as well as going to the arrow park pub or bobbys and players and im pretty sure iv been to your house with him as well if i remember correct with one of my mates i used to work in the ship new brighton ....i became very close to him and cared for him very much so and i am just all over the place about this whole thing and feel so sad for his mum and dad who i also meet once at the wirral show when he had his fire engine and the rest of his family .
iv been talking to alot of the guys from the cruise and they to are deeply sad ..
i really upset by the things that have been said about him as he would never ever say or do anything to hurt anyone he was far to trusting of people and i keepet telling him this as did many of his true friends. alot of his friends from the cruise want to know what going to happen now and i am stuck for answers ...and sorry if this seams to be all on you for them but not sure who else to talk to or what to do as far as just letting his family know how sad we all are and that our thoughts and blessing are wiith them through this horried time .... Just a mesage of more of Martins freinds

Martin was in good spirit a week before he died in a conversation he had with me, His exact words were (I am winning } He new he would not have been found guilty of rape, one reason being one of the females worked for him after the so called rape incident , I ask you would any female work for the man who raped her , She was also a freind of his  ASTRANGED wife . He also told me he would be divorced soon , which im lead to believe should of  came through this week It makes my blood boil to also know his wife moved into his house the day after his death , his pick up car has been sold and his wifes father is ridding his Honder 200moter bike . How quickly they moved into his house and took his posesions when they all are ment to live on another island ( latte ),He wasnt even cold , There must be justice, please if the Philipieno officals dont act this will happen again . I know there are many many lovely philipienos.

After reading about the arrests, i do hope the investigation does not end here. There is so much more to this than meets the eye and i hope and pray that the people arrested will now tell the truth to who is really behind it all. . There is so much more sinister and deep rooted, i hope the police get all of his wifes text messages she sent martin over the last few months which i know included some death threats and also only started once she got her british visa refused.. . Martin was befriened by his perpertrators and lured to his death, its all so obvious to everyone and we all know what we believe, lets just hope the case does not close here and true justice is served. .

i am going to write this on behalf of martin, I will tell you what he belived and are true facts. Martin met his wife margi (gee gee) in liverpool england, she was visiting her sister who is married over here. Martin and gee married and had a child who is british. after many holidays to the alona beach area martin decided to sell everything here and move to his fabulous house he built with his new family. his wife never wanted to go at the time as she had not yet got her british visa. They had only been there a few weeks the marraige wasnt going well all she wanted was to return to england and apply for her british visa which is what she done, but when she came back to england on her own (with the baby) she got refused and retuned to martin with her tail between her legs. Martin believed if she had of got it he would never of seen her again. but martin knew after she done this that she only ever used him and sadly he knew she never ever loved him, that was the reason there marriage ended. He was then in his eyes a single man and dated a few females,but so what, he was not commited to anyone he certainly never needed to rape anyone. After the shooting he put up a reward to find out who was behind it all and it came to light and true facts are his estranged wife offered money to a bar maid to poison him. The rape charges are only off people who were offered money for ther statments the ones who say he raped them are friends of Margie his wife, other females who refused the bribes told martin they were approached by the local police to say he raped them and were all offered money for the statments. His estranged wife had a uncle who was in the police and another family member was a local govenor. Martin was on the path to getting his marriage annulled on the grounds his wife only ever married him to become british, if that had of happened she would then of had no claim to his ten million passo house or buisiness, In her eyes he had to die before this happened. Martin truly believed his wife was behind everthing that happened to him and i know most other people believe this to.  The day after his death she moved straight into his house, martin would turn in his grave knowing she got what she wanted. his wish ,he told us,.  was that if onyone succeeded in killing him he would want his house bulldozed down and the land contaminated. She couldnt get her visa so she wanted his house, business and money,. This whole situation makes me angry and the way the pathetic law is over ther she will proply get away with this. I pray to god there will be justice. I hope martin can rest in peace. We will miss you so much matey, you were loved by many. x x x .

Hi my name is Steve Ocallaghan and im a very good friend of Martin, I was with martin at the time of the shooting. I was sitting at his bar with my partner Julie. Martin was a kind and loving person who loved life to the full. He worked hard all his life for what he had and all he wanted was a simple life in a beautiful part of the world. One strange thing about the shooting was that ten mins before he got a text message off his wife saying "GOODNIGHT" I ask one question who is the only person to gain anything from his death?
