I cannot recall how it started but when I say to my son to pray and say sorry para sa ijang mga sajup, he will immediately kneel down atubangan sa gamay namo nga altar and will not stop praying until I say so. It may last for a while depending on the gravity of what he did (10 to 30mins). The worst was 1 hour. Then I will start telling him kung unsay ijang nahimo nga dapat ijang likayan ug pagbuhat ug usab and the bad consequences of his act. I will explicitly tell him that I am not mad at him but was angry because of “what he did”. Not the person but the bad action.  Basta ang ending; I will hug him human akong pahiran iyan luha.... Then we will start doing normal things….. I guess it worked…
It will also help to have a prayer habit. A simple one will do.

The lady's harness is okay, zip line's harness is secured in the waistline and both legs through the hips...
