JE Hydro & Bio-Energy Corp. (JEHBEC) is a 100% Filipino-owned water management solutions provider in the Philippines and owner of the P1.2 billion Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located in Brgy. Lusaran, Cebu City.
Harnessing the water resource potential of the Lusaran River, JE Hydro succeeded in completing the construction of the state-of-the-art WTP on September 4, 2022. The said WTP has a maximum rated capacity of 20 MLD, supported by a 200,000 cubic meter water storage lagoon (reservoir) and 30-kilometer pipeline that conveys potable water to the MCWD Water Depot in Brgy. Busay, Cebu City.
Currently, JE Hydro continues to perform activities to ensure the reliability of the volume and quality of its treated bulk water while waiting for the availability of the MCWD Water Depot to receive the JE Hydro bulk water delivery.
One of these activities is the conduct of a weeklong Performance Guarantee Test Run of the JE Hydro Lusaran Water Treatment Facility. These test runs are conducted to observe the performance of the water treatment plant in its full operating capacity.
During the period of Performance Guarantee Test Run, our Company finds it meaningful to distribute its high-quality treated water for FREE to everyone.

This Libreng Tubig program will commence this Saturday, November 5, 2022. Our water station is located near Plazaville, Transcentral Highway, Nivel Hills, Brgy. Busay, Cebu City.
