PAF C295 Aircraft Airlifts WASAR Team to Cagayan
Today, the C295 flew to Cagayan to airlift Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) Team to help in the rescue operation of our countrymen affected by #UlyssesPH in the province. This airlift mission is part of the continuous Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operation of the Philippine Air Force with other government and non government agencies.
It is indeed a difficult time for all of us - COVID19, typhoons Rolly and Ulysses, internal conflicts, territorial security and a lot more. In this trying time, know that in full force, our government, your Airlifters is doing its best to respond ANYTIME... ANYWHERE!
