Press Release: The Awarding of the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate by SOCOTEC Certification Phils. Operation (SOCOTEC) to the City Government of Davao at Davao City Hall Building on October 7, 2022.
Present during the event were Davao City Mayor Sebastian Z. Duterte, Vice Mayor J. Melchor B. Quitain, Jr., Acting City Administrator Atty. Francis Mark H. Layog, Former City Administrator Atty. Zuleika T. Lopez, members of the Quality Management System Committee headed by Atty. Sarah Phoebe Paclibar, SOCOTEC Director Gilmore Rivera, City Government Department Heads and other employees.
During the event, Vice Mayor J. Melchor B. Quitain, Jr. delivered his closing remarks where he highlighted that the ISO Certification is an evidence that with utmost dedication, we were able to effectively fulfill the mandates of our respective offices using standards higher than the norm.
