DUTERTE NAMES 4 NEW POLICE GENERALS
President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the promotion of four (4) senior police officials into one-star police generals.
PNP Chief, Police General Camilo Pancratius Cascolan personnel led and witnessed the donning of ranks of four (4) police generals today, September 25 at the PNP Star Officers’ Lounge, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame in Quezon City.
Promoted and donned today into one-star rank (Police Brigadier General) are namely:
-Police Brigadier General Harold Tuzon – Office of the Chief Directorial Staff
-Police Brigadier General Wilfredo Pornillos – Directorate for Plans
-Police Brigadier General Benjamin Silo Jr. – Office of the Chief, PNP
-Police Brigadier General Alexander Tagum – Office of the Chief, PNP
Cascolan explained that in the coming weeks, more police officials are expected to be elevated to new posts and promoted as more senior officials are set to retire from their decades-stint in police service.
