Intensified Interdiction Efforts in Cargo Warehouses

Press Release: On May 28, 2021,  members of PDEA RO VII Airport Interdiction Unit and PDEA K9 Unit, with NDDs Mica and Ronnie under the supervision of IA V Jose Tomabini Jr., and Bureau of Customs and AVSEU inspected and conducted K9 paneling on inbound and outbound cargoes at the warehouses of international courier companies operating at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

No dangerous drugs were found during the said inspection.

This is part of the Agency's intensified campaign to interdict the smuggling of dangerous drugs in the region.
