I have heard from some that Julius Cesar Herrera might end up changing his mind and run for congressman what does everyone think about that?

Could he fill in the boots of the outgoing Congressman Chatto?

let him run for governor to give chatto a good opponent.

also, that scenario would result to one trapo out of bohol's political landscape.

...political strategy of chatto.....chatto will "buy" herrera (30M more or less) to slide down at 1st district.....in this case he wont need a huge amount for the governiship fight.....naa pa syay savings......so up to nov 30, chatto will try to convince by hook-or-by-crook herrera to slide down at 1st district......the question now for the herreras is do they have a better chance of winning in 1st district rather than fightin it out for the governorship............just my humble analysis

Looy si Julius. If ever he will decide to slide down to run for congress, people will think napalit siya ni chatto. Even if tininood ang iyang decision pag slide down. Looy.

whatever Vice-Gov's decision is, he is going to do his job well kay he is the only politician that i know nga dili corrupt and he is always true sa iyang mga gipangsulti... he is not the typical TRAPO but a person nga lisod i-approach tungod sa iyang barog but he is a very approachable person gyud....
