I had attended the sessions how a faithfully always do and I was also present when Vice Mayor Toto Velsoso hit down the Gavel and adjourned the session.
I was proud of the three councilors to walk out whenthe session was adjourned and the Vice mayor as well.
There is a Tagbilaran city Code book that the majority should read and know how to comprehend and put to practice on how procedures must fall before making any sort of proposals on any matters as well as money matters involving tax payyers money.
Just because your Councilor Glovasa a top notcher does not mean he should be ussed as a pawn to pressure other members on the council to make a proposal and have it seconded before it had even gone to the course of going through and appropriations committee.
