Who is Pito Honculada?

Lately, emails from a person named Pito Honculada flooded the Internet, pronouncing his or her anti-Toto Veloso footnotes.

This Pito Honculada claimed that Mr. Veloso, who is running for vice-mayor in Tagbilaran, is allegedly behind a Masiao operation in the city, and that Toto Veloso is allegedly involved in some mahjong sessions.

Is there any truth to these claims?

We want to know the truth so we can be guided who to vote for. We cannot just waste our votes on candidates who cannot stand as ideal posters for public decency.

And who is Pito Honculada? How much he knew about Toto Veloso? Can we still hear of the name Pito Honculada after the elections?

ako pud sauna... nakareceive ko sa iyang emails. pero taga dauis man dawna siya. he's exisiting. supporter ni cong. chatto na siya... gigamit rana nga name. pila raman gud paghimo og account.
