Politics is politics, showbiz is showbiz though there is showbiz in politics and politics in showbiz. Tingali mga 20% sa total voting population in my simple and crude estimate.

like you said, we really don't know how honest Cesar is, given the nature of our politics. but there are actors who have done really well in their elected positions. Vilma Santos-Recto, for me, is one. Can Cesar make his own mark in Bohol? Why not, if others can. IMO.
