balite is a native of valencia. in his three failed attempts as representative of the 3rd congressional district, he did not win in his own hometown. pore balite, hehehe.

gihapdusan ra ba jud kuno si balite sa gastos niya last election. according to another source who was part of balite's campaign, sinako jud kuno gasto ni balite. basin mamawi lang sya sa iya gastos kay kwartahan man nas cesar.

he is a native of loon. no question on that. he was "acceptable" in the 3rd district so the question on why he changed registration should be a no big deal.
