Where do you think ang loyalty ni EBA goes to? sa party niya or sa mga bolanon........to whom do you think would EBA leave the continued growth of bohol to? Chatto and Cajes?
EBA has achieve a lot for bohol......mind boggling ang improvement and unprecedented…....majority of the bolanon benefited from this..........including the nay sayers towards him.........Bohol has gained a lot under his term.....what do you think EBA would do to protect Bohols gain? would he hand it to someone who is not capable ug questionable ang integrity?

take a look at chatto and cajes.....what tangible achievement have they done for bohol's growth???....better yet sa ilang district?

take a look at Balilihan........what improvements has he brought there??? the chattos has been there since time and memorial.......hantud karon wala gyud improvement na makitan.......
para lang ma ingon na naay na implement na project......they destroyed good functioning road and implememted road concreting on it…....
Just think no improvement in Balilihan maskin congressman cya nya ang iya mama mayaor……....that tandem would have brought a long term economic benefit sa mga tao didto sa balilihan......feeding people during fiesta and giving money people in needs……is not good leadership…..good leadership is providing livelihood and opportunity to your people….so that they can stand on their own…..para pud inig ka fiesta maka hikay sila sa ilang balay……
Lets take a look at Catigbian.....Night and Day and difference sa improvement.....lead by Mayor Salinas........nya six years pa cya in office…..by that alone it would have earned him a slot as a congressman in that district that chatto is going to vacate……
who did chatto choose as his replacment?
Best bud Relampagos na di taga diha na district…..plus this guy is tied to an anomaly sa bidding sa Electric Utility sa tagbilaran….wa pa gyud track record as a governor…….during his six year term……Bohol was languishing in poverty….was part of the bottom 20 provinces in the Philippines………unemployment was sky high……insurgency was at its peak….by his choice lang alone would show you that Chatto will choose his personal interest over the provinces interest…..…..why would you would choose someone who is incapable and has questionable dealing in the past over a person with great track record ug walay anomaly? It makes no sense gyud……
This was well planned gyud to let Relampagos run in his district….ni pasar man cya sa residency in staying sa 1st district…….how long ago was this scheme hatched?

probably the reason Chatto supported BB Cajes kay hadlok si chatto na mo balik ug dagan ug governor sa EBA kung ma mismanaged niya ang province…..kay kabalo cya na di cya capable mo dala ug economic benefit sa province….kay ang mga tao he surrounds himself are incompetent…..ug walay laing gihunahuna kung dili ilag kaugalingon …….
another question is why BB Cajes man gyud….where naa pa man uban better sa iya in that idstrict…….
just try to put Statement of Asset and liability sa mga Cajes in a graph and compare it with the economic gains of the 2nd district……diba dako kaayo ang disparity sa duha……it would show na ila asset grew double digit every year nya ang economic gains sa 2nd district gamay kaayo ug growth mayo lang unta ni grow ug double digit sa nine years under ni cajes………nya chatto supports this people…..that’s the leadership chatto brings on the table…..nya mo support ka ana?

On a personal note, I like what Bertsal has done for Catigbian in the few years that he has served as Mayor. He's very confident and agressive sa iyang approach... maski nagduwa-duwa pa siya sa politika (according to his subordinates) or has an open ambition for higher office... but nobody can take away what he has done for Catigbian these past few years!!!
I hope he stays humble and grounded... kay nahibaw naka basta nagka daghan imong fans, hehehehe.
