naa.  motoo sad ko nga ang tanang ahensya nagsilbi.  di gyod hinoon de luxe service pero ato na lang sabton kay di man pod 5-star hotel ang mga opisina ani.  malalim kag di na magsilbi ang b.i.r., na, wa na gyoy makolekta nga buhis.

some agencies are better than others.  in my experience, the worst offices to have anything to do with are the dep/ed regional office in cebu, the regional trial courts in cebu, and the land transportation office in tagbilaran.  ayaw na lang ko paadtoa sa city hall sa cebu kay makondenar gyod ko.

Kalooy sa Pinas no kung wala nay ahensya o departamento nga mo silbi no sa mga tawo? Maski ginagmay lang kayod lang gehapon samtang kamolo pog hinlo sa mga walay batasan uban diha. Perfect? No! Pero padayon lang gehapon...  ;)
