The Ready to Rebuild: Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery Program aims to build the capacity of government to recover better and faster from disasters even before it happens.
The Training Program is open for local chief executives, planning officers, DRRM officers, budget officers and other technical staff from the provinces, cities, and municipalities.
