Tricycle drivers and operators here in the city are given immediate relief of the weekly increases in the price of fuel as city lawmakers yesterday granted a P1 increase on the minimum fare.

City councilor Atty. Nerio Zamora II, chair of the SP committee on public utilities, sponsored a resolution during yesterday's Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) regular session which granted provisional authority for cab drivers and operators to collect an additional P1 on the basic fare rate.

From the minimum fare of P6, drivers can now collect P7 with the usual charges on the succeeding kilometres as mandated under the existing Tricycle Fare and Transportation Code of the city.

"This is just a provisional authority granted to our tricycle drivers and operators as our response to the soaring prices of gasoline," Zamora clarified of the resolution which was adopted en masse by the SP.

ing ani na diay kataas ang pamasahe karon sa tricycle?unsa kaha ang best solution ani no?pwede ba kaha naa na lay jeepney na mag libot libot para kaha maka barato ta sa pamasahe?so concern ako...ever.

Mikey, murag duna naman tingale to certain routes like from Agora to ICM, gitawag ni sila ug "multicab". Wala napod ko kabaw tag pila ilang pangayo.

ang pamasahe sa multicab pareho ra sa minimum sa tricycle P7 gihapon. grabe na bitaw ang economy ron bah dili lang sa Pilipinas tibuok kalibutan na man ni. sa akong panan aw wala na ni alibyo mograbe pa jud ni. para naku bisan pag 10 pesos ang pamasahe kulang gihapon sa konsumo sa driver sa tricycle

Mag increase na diay pod dayon ang sikad2x ba? Nothing is cheap na lagi jud sa ato busa if it's not necessary to ride, magbaklay or mag bicycle na lang. Akong amahan, di na jud tawon mo baklay unless na na jud pangpalit gasolina. Sa una, yanu-yanohon ra man na namo lakaw tawon gikan Manga paingon sa Taloto then padulong sa airport pero karon di na jud nila malakaw!

ha mao ba simplylee, pareha ra di ay pangayo? mao di ay ang uban mo prefer ug tricycle kay murag ma private pa ilang sakay. Sus intawn oi, dili na gyud matabang!
