No problem for this, anyone can run for president as long as it complies  the requirements to run as president, but to vote for him i´m not loose my thinking yet.    :P

As a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, he has all the rights to run in the Presidency for 2016. Voting for him is not a must.  ;D
