Sightings of manta ray seen as challenge

At least three sightings of an endangered Oceanic Manta Ray in different days posed more challenges to the provincial government of Antique to balance environmental conservation and tourism.

In her Instagram post, Antique lawmaker Loren Legarda, a known environmental champion, said a private documentary group hired for the promotion of eco-tourism efforts of the province has twice sighted the giant manta ray in Pandan Bay.
