The LGU Ormoc ENRO had a meeting with DENR Palo for the discussion regarding Ormoc City's mangrove area using the official LC Map of Ormoc City. This has to do with the FLUP proposal of the City that is currently deliberated at the committee level of the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Ormoc City.
It was also brought up by DENR that the area demarcation to locate the areas where boundary posts should be installed, for the boundary delineation between Ormoc and Albuera was only upto the highway. So the DENR suggested for LGU to continue same from the highway to the bay. The coordinates are available for geodetic LGU to continue the work. - press release
