After experiencing problems with its servers, the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) released at 1:03 p.m. Friday its first update of the tally for president and vice president, representing 90.02 percent or 68,843 of the 76,475 precincts.
Senator Benigno Aquino III continues to fortify his lead in the presidential race, while Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay leads Senator Manuel Roxas II by 802,692 votes.
