MULTI-BILLION INVESTMENT TO POUR IN MINGLANILLA
Minglanilla is poised for take-off as an emerging economy in Cebu that’s flexing its muscles to attract economic giants.
Paperwork is being prepared for a “modern, smart, and world-class community” to be developed by FSB Landholdings Inc. in Upper Linao-Lipata that will house residential, commercial, and recreational facilities.
The proposed development project, expected to cost the private company some P30 billion to build, will be sprawled in an initial five-hectare property that may well baptize Minglanilla as the next economic magnet of Cebu.
Mr. Suter Baltazar, Vice President of FSB Landholdings Inc., discussed and presented their masterplan of what is so far the grandest development in Minglanilla as of yet.
This recent development is synchronicity with Mayor Rajiv Enad’s aim to make Minglanilla as a vibrant place to work, live, and play in. In fact, Mayor Rajiv is also doing work to realize the 100-hectare reclamation that will be home to commercial, residential, light industrial and recreational establishments, a project that will reshape Minglanilla’s future and expand its role in Cebu’s economic progress.
