Income Tax Refund

Hi there! I have a friend who is working in other country and she’s been working there for a couple of years. She was kind of confused on the conditions of income tax refund. Anyone can give us some information about this? I mean how to go with the processing and what are the requirements. I don’t have any idea either.

You cant help her Rosamia but only her tax preparer. We dont prepare out own tax here, we have someone to do it for us. Besides what country she's in?
